I see horses all the time. I live on a farm with my parents. But these horses are so much more than a horse. I for one would never take a photo with a guard or their horse. I just find the whole thing disrepectful...✌️
No they don't.....if a horse freaks out or bolts into the barriers it could get injured.....tourists just need to show more respect and behave themselves....failing that a 'no touching' sign might help...! X

The disrespect shown to the King's Guards is widespread!! Something should be done to inform & educate the tourists long before they approach for their photo! This perhaps begins with the tour hosts, and if it does, they should somehow be held accountable for the actions of the tourists they are responsible to!! People are under the impression that the life guards are there to entertain tourist and decoration for the palace, they are professional soldiers that have been deployed to conflicts to them it is an honor to serve at the palace, give them respect and space and consideration that they are doing their job
