    Generally speaking, people are used to working hard to deal with power.
    Tai Chi emphasizes relaxation and does not use force. Through the practice of Tai Chi principles, students can practice the exercise mode that does not use force but has power.
    This movement mode will change the brain's perception of force, the cognition changes, and the habit of exerting force also changes.
    In daily life, people often struggle to win or lose for a trivial matter, and at the point of an event.
    Through the practice of Tai Chi principles, when arguing with others, because it has the power to train Tai Chi to relax, the brain can only use unreasonable cognitive processing methods in the face of disputes.
    Changing cognition and changing the habit of exerting force is equivalent to changing the way of dealing with events in daily life.
    Decrease your thoughts, or exhaust your energy just because you can’t persuade or defeat the opponent

    一般而言,人習慣用力去處理力。
    太極講究放鬆,不用力,透過太極法則練習,讓學員練習不用力反而有力量的運動模式
    這個運動模式會改變大腦對力的認知,認知改變了,用力習慣也改變了。
    在日常生活中,人與人也常為了一件小事在爭輸贏,在一個事件的點上爭輸贏。
    透過太極法則練習,在與人爭執的時,因為有訓練太極放鬆的力量,在面對爭執時,大腦才能有不通的認知處理方法可以使用。
    改變認知,改變用力習慣,等同於改變日常生活中面對事件的處理方式。
    減少起心動念,或耗盡力氣只因為無法說服或戰勝對方
