ഇപ്പൊൾ ചില പള്ളികളുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ മാത്രമേ തർക്കം ഉള്ളൂ എന്നാല് ഇനി പൂർണമായി ഓർത്തോഡോക്സ് സഭയുടെ നിയന്ത്രണത്തിൽ ഉള്ള പള്ളികളിൽ പോലും കയറി തർക്കങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കി ഈ പ്രശ്നം കൂടുതൽ വഷളാക്കാൻ ആണ് ശ്രമം. ഇത് ചിലരുടെ ഗൂഢ ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെ ഉള്ള ഒരു സൂത്രം ആണ്.സമാധാനത്തിന് പകരം കൂടുതൽ കുഴപ്പങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാവും.

Hope so the Heading Governor of Kerala shall not give Assent to the said Bill.
The Full Bench of Hon Supreme Court of India had passed the Ultimate Judgement of this Conflict in the Interest of Justice (not the Interest of Public) only through in depth review of each and every Facts & Evidences of this Conflict by consuming many years.
Indian Constitution itself is upheld that “The Supreme Court in the Exercise of its Jurisdiction may pass such decree or make such order as is necessary for doing ‘Complete Justice’ in any cause or matter pending before it ".
The Governor even while exercising his/her Constitutional Powers cannot Affect, Modify or Override the aforesaid Powers of the Supreme Court or the Procedure prescribed by it. This is based on the Principle of Harmonious Construction and to Avoid a Possible Conflict between the Powers of Governor & of the Supreme Court given under Indian Constitution, both of which are Absolute and Unfettered in their Respective Fields of Operation.
