Did you tighten your front axle nut with an impact driver and your transmission in gear? Most advice I've seen is to use the chain to hold the sprocket and countershaft while you tughten.
Ugga dugga takes it off, ugga dugga puts it on.
watching you take off the sprocket in gear hurt my soul. Next time prob best to just jam the old sprockets with a bar or tool and don't leave it in gear.

it doesnt have as much horsepower as some bikes but it can go to 100km/h in under 4eec so there is similar strain on the chain as more powerful bikes.. maybe 520 is enough Im no expert but just saying.. :) thanks for the vid
Welcome, 520s of today are stronger than those of the past. My 900SS came with a 520 from the factory.
