@Dane Name lots of kids did that in middle school and high school but less then half did so there def is some heart there were kids in my school that wouldn’t even do Friday night fights with gloves obviously cause they were scared so u can’t say there is no heart involve that is ignorant af you sound dumb so tbh.
@Dane Name that’s not true at all, you need heart to dig deep when you’re hurt and keep fighting. It doesn’t take heart to start boxing but the ones that are committed have heart, headgear makes you feel safe til someone lands clean and you still get rattled.

You could tell Alex was the most experienced cause he was mainly throwing straight punches instead of wild round punches and he was pretty much the only person using his guard instead of just running/ trying to dodge everything

He was easily the most technical just has no explosiveness.

There are plenty of what is considered some of the best coach’s in history who never played at high levels or even some at all in the sport they chose to coach. Technical knowledge exists in case you didn’t know. You don’t need to be an expert to spot easy fixes in a non-pro athlete.
