There is no such thing as a 3rd party vendor for college and university certificates in the US. You must go directly to the college or university to obtain a replacement.
CSU also stated clearly, they did not issue any replacement certificate.

If Tinubu is not found guilty of forgery then Nigeria should be expelled from AU and UN, sanctions should also be applied against Nigeria with immediate effect.
