Glad you are all having a great time, in spite of the surrounding adversity. It's only for a period of time. We can do this thing! You know this new fashion for 'pulled pork'? Well, do a piece of beef slowly in a slow cooker on 'low' and you get pullable beef and lovely, luscious gravy. I would normally have other people to feed with all the baking I am having time to do, but, as it happens, I haven't with the lockdown and such. Hope stuff lasts. The homemade raspberry jam has so much sugar in it, it's bound to last. May make raspberry jam samosas with the left over filo pastry sheets. Catch you tomorrow!
