the outer black cap should be put and clicked down so no air is there. I tried without pressing it down and you start getting PD.

What should the stud torque value be?

I don`t understand why Nexans Euromold doesn`t use the same system from the 300mm² cables for the 95-240mm² cables. It`s so much easier to put the srew in the switch box first instead of holding the tee connector the whole time and try to get the screw inside.
Moreover slips the outer body slowly from the first unit. That doesn`t helps much to get screw in.
