Now a days all artists do is they’ll literally freestyle some bs or they’ll punch in and out with no real thought or cleverness into what they are saying. I’ve seen real trappers trying to become rappers take a week to come up with one verse because they didn’t have enough time to sit in a studio long enough to write verse because they was working but wasn’t about to lay some unthought bs down so they’ll ride around rapping over a copy of an instrumental trying to perfect it. Going into a booth and laying a verse down in 10 or 20 min is not a flex.
