My youngest daughter and I stayed here once. It was one time to many. Front desk staff were rude , fire alarm went off no announcement was made , there was constant robberies in the rooms , there was a smell in the hallway , when I booked the room I had one request. Do not put me high up. They put me on the top floor. I had to get a new room.. I will say the indoor pool is nice
fun fact. I actually went here a few years ago and the S button worked. It was this little floor with 1 room and through the window it was this pretty nice fancy room. You must have to pay a lot for it or something. I'm surpised it worked.
I've notied that certain hallways, only a handful do smell like certain strong smells (you know, that kind), and some others just kind of smell a little musty. It's a crapshoot but I noticed the 4th/5th floor had that nasty smell, and the 6th floor and up didn't. It seems the floors with the super cheap rooms do.

"S" appears to be a service level. I've delivered many a pizza in that place.
