Hi Chetan, love the fact that you take your guests back to school days, colleges and subsequently the stage where you start out your career. On the contrary, now when you become successful in your corporate life no body actually remembers those school/college days. Truth is every single person has lived and survived that phase with that unknown mindset of that era. It extremely touching to relive those innocent days with you in all your deeptalks. As we relate to every single thing that happened in our lives. And of course learning on the way. Such videos are inspiring no matter what age we are in. Thank you so much. You are a gem of India.

My learnings out of this session -
1 - Start Taking baby steps
    2- Define your BASE STANDARDS
    3 - Identify GAP(untouched) in Market
4-& then come up differentiated offerings in the market
5- Just Fire the bullet 😁😁
5- Learning from other guys like zara guys were making products via visualizing other dimensions and parameters then to sold for cheap.
I must admire his skill of Learning from others that's also of next level.
& special thanks to chetan bhagat to introduce us with such great personalities

I can connect with Amit sir story. I'm in 12th (medical stream) but didn't want to pursue a Career in Medicine. I have plans like Researcher, Physicist, Civil Servant, Entrepreneur... and I'm also confusing... Amit Sir's story is truly an inspiration.
    I learned :
    - Identity what you like to do
    - Know your strengths and weaknesses
    - Keep Going. Failure is not Permanent
    - Whatever you want to to, do it persistently and honestly.

The biggest learning for me is that we often make excuses that we are not from IIT IIM, so can’t make it big. But his journey inspired me that if you put consistent efforts, and chase quarter to quarter, you can make something big. Thank you Sir for inspiring us. I have been wearing noise watch for quite sometime, but based on quality, I thought it’s a foreign brand. It’s good to know person who has established such brands.

I have learned to be noiseless deep inside, strengthening my inner core, to really turn our life louder with the noise of acceptance by others diligently. We ought to mitigate the surrounding noise with the semblance of mind to reinforce our thought process lest get carried away by the turbulences of the mundane world. What matters is the initiation of our first footing in anything we intend to start with, so in a steadfast way. The passion would propel us further to drive ourselves on the path along!

But amit sir have extreme level of patience . Lesson from this podcast

    • Don't see the money you are get in a job focus on learning new things .

Ive always thought that only IIT/IIM pass outs make the big bucks in jobs and in society. But this talk really changed that perception. A degree can be a useful tool if used well. But tools can only be as good. It’s more important to understand what you are good at and how you can leverage that. Also, even a job can prove to be a tool to not just build networks but also to understand the industry workings, just have the right attitude to learn and contribute and solve problems. You’ll realise your dreams sooner than later. 👍

    - Hardships actually made you best version of yourselves and Amit was just smiling despite of all these.
    - We can stretch oursleves a lot, great efforts will find the way to bring success to you
    - Leverage is not always important, I believe in the same theory unless you find the right person. Amit himself does wonders. #Boothstraping#
    - We have to recognize our talent, no matter what it is.
    - Health consciousness is explained very well, all the ice bathing /cold shower was never heard before. Processed food and sugar impacts are indeed there.
    - Another learning from Amit is how to be content and happy in your life.

Immensely inspiration. The learning here is that you don't need a pedigree to become great in life. All you need is a "go get it" attitude. Also learnt that you need to stretch yourself out from your comfort zone to do amazing things. Even I started with a less salary & willing to create a great impact in the world like he did. Hats off to Chetan Bhagat for again creating such a wonderful content.

Succha ray of hope for backbenchers like me 😊. Jokes aside , Sir thank you again for brining all these inspirational people and making them give " real " lessons. My takeaway from this particular deep talk is that as long as you are thinking about what my customer wants you can build something. While i dont undervalue the comfort that a regular job gives us ( let's not forget the economy we come from) anyone who is starting on there own or someone like me who is juggling both , Amit Sir's words are exactly what would keep me going. P.S. i watch all ur videos with my Mom since she is my support system in this journey and can't wait to re-watch this one with her.

Thank you Chetan sir for wonderful deep talk.. as always.. ☺😊
(Had seen this episode when it was 1st uploaded 2-3 weeks back.. )
Im already a consumer of Noise Qube smart watch from last couple of months..
It's the first product from Noise I own n it's wonderful experience using it..
Today it feels proud n great to know the story of the brand, it's inception n the founder Mr. Khatri.. Especially.. how they pivoted from smart phone covers to the wearables..
Also, today's deep talk testify how knowledge n experience gained in any field never goes as waste.. (with reference to design aspect of Zara products)
Important takeaway from today's conversation for me was: to KEEP GOING.. if you haven't figured out yet what you want to achieve in life.. Gain experience n knowledge from opportunities u get.. Work hard N give ur best ... But don't stop..
Thank you Amit sir.. for sharing your experience n ur views..☺😊🙌🙌!!

Thank you so much sir for such an amazing podcast it really gave an energy. Your podcasts are really unique as we can really feel the journey of the guest and at some points the situations are same so it's totally relatable. This way of bringing the journey right from the beginning till the brand making is unique keep it up.
My key learnings from this podcast are
1 Failures in life are always an opportunity to learn new things they are a stepping stone for a bright future.
2 While hustling if you feel exhausted and demotivated keep moving by taking baby steps and always remember your end goal why you started. If it's your passion then you will not need any external motivation to keep moving and growing.
3 Each opportunity you get give your best not only in one area but in other areas as well where you feel are your strengths, never shy to show your potential and talent to others maybe that can lead to open new doors of opportunity for you.
4 No opportunity is small or big it's the way how we accomplish and learn from it. Dont always see the monetary goals also see the knowledge and learnings that you are gaining from it.
5 Health is wealth always keep some time for physical activities as well in your daily routine it will help to renergize your body and help to provide that happy hormones.
6 Never be afraid from the big competition in market if you have that quality and trust in your product and solving consumer problems effectively in their budget thats affordable then that product is definitely going to become people's choice.
7 If you want to build a business keep identifying the market gaps and consumer problems that really need to be solved and dont have that big market still.
8 Always identify your area of strengths work accordingly.
9 Experience and knowledge is never wasted it is the building block for next steps so keep gaining it at each phase.
10 Keep moving and working hard towards your passion and goals and one day you will definitely start seeing the fruitful results never stop.

    My key learnings -
Do what you love and that gives passion to keep going and putting extra efforts !
    Focussing on strengths !
Asking for help is good ! People are ready to help !
Health should be priority and so is longevity !
I would love to meet him or interact in person one day 🙏 he is so simple, humble and grounded !
I can do relate to Amit’s story ! Being an engineer by degree and working in IT for many years I was not happy but kept going looking for something different and of liking , managing kids and family , not knowing where to lead ! Then 2 ventures I gathered courage to do but did not do so well ! And now a health tech venture and I am truly enjoying building it !!
Would love to get his guidance and support is possible 🙏 thanks a ton for this interview Chetan, this gives tremendous hope and positivity 🎉😍
