Your authenticity and and courage in sharing your #rape story on this video was so healing for me to hear… by the end I was bawling my eyes out in the pure ecstasy of liberation of your communication and honesty! Thank you for articulating something so many women, myself included can learn and grow from.
In doing so, you have shown us how breaking the silence can help remove the shackles of shame and live more freely with dignity, grace and sacred intimacy with your beloved. You're my hero Yogi! Thank you so much for sharing this.

God bless you, Yogi! You are a very strong young woman. I admire you for speaking out. Hope you continue to get past it and I wish people like that did not exist - or at least would all be punished to the fullest extent!

Thanks so much, I could not have them be punished but I knew forgiving them was what I needed to do to let my emotional pain go, it does not go away but I have learnt to not let it affect me the way it use to.

    Dear Yogi,
I believe in healing the past through the power of love and forgiveness. And that journey is in stillness and contemplation - and is between you and God I Am - the presence of love in your heart. Until the pain of the past is healed in this way - speaking about the experience is dwelling on it.
Once the healing of understanding occurs through the power of love - and you take responsibility for what is unresolved - and that may have come from this life or was carried over from another - it is then that you will feel at peace and you will have forgiven the man involved with the rape of your body as a child and you will have forgiven yourself for experience of been raped.
The real courage is in the facing of the past in our quiet time with God I Am and choosing to forgive what has come to pass. Forgiveness in this way leads to understanding and healing.
I love you Yogi - you are very beautiful woman and I know you know what is right in your heart.
    With great love,
    Lori Hanson
