- So is mojang hiding a secret difficulty from us and not letting us play it? I think it is possible that mojang might be hiding a hidden one, so i will say maybe.

@@tubbunny in bedrock edition you can basically set your health to 1 then turn off natural regeneration in the world options
I assume in Java they use a two-bit integer for handling the difficulty values. Anything under 0 causes a problem and I guess a default of "Easy" gets set. Every multiple of four causes an integer overflow, causing it to wrap around to the lowest possible value, then it counts up again.
or just mod it by 4 with an initial check if the value is below 0. In java you can't really do bit fielding since every type is a class. Even booleans take up a lot of bits

There was a secret difficulty in the old version where if you did something right you would activate the game mode: “hell” the island would be surrounded by lava and mobs would spawn faster and at any time
I've never heard of this so I'm just assuming, but maybe it was removed because of the addition of The Nether! Or it may have been removed because of Hardcore...

My theory is that the disconnectionScreen.unexpectedPacket error message is caused by an event that would otherwise delete the player.
You used to be able to be eaten by a frog in bedrock edition with a data pack. Entities that are eaten by a frog aren't killed in the normal way, they're just instantly deleted from the world. After getting eaten by a frog, the game attempts to delete the player and sends an illegal packet.
The same thing happens when the game attempts to replace the player with a drowned or when the player (as a shulker bullet) touches ground.
Correct. There is no such thing as a mob tranformation, the game simply spawns a new mob, keeping some properties and removing the older one.
negative numbers give the difficulty of their positive countreparts. it's called absolute value.

"Squid" is the string minecraft uses to generate and process the comportament of squids in-game. It explains why in the other version ya spawned with 4 hearts (8hp) as that is the squid's health.
When you chenged the string from "player" to "squid", you tricked the game into believing that it was generating a squid. That explains the bug.
Ps:. The respiration bar on the right might make it all seem like an intentional hidden feature, an easter egg, but its probably not. It is also related to strings and a variable that says if ya are under water or not.
(Basicly the same explaination aplies to almost all the mobs you can morph into, but I didnt have the patience to explain every single case)

Probably either turns them into the unknown blocks, or removes them, or in some cases turns them into other items.
I had spectral arrows modded in old legacy console worlds and they just turned into normal arrows. Minecart furnace turned into minecart.
@@pout6038 there's actually spectral arrows in Minecraft Legacy Edition same with command blocks but you can't use them when cuz I got hacks in Minecraft Legacy Edition there's also barrier blocks and portal block also but all of it is unobtainable you're going to need hacks to obtain it

there is a secret difficulty that called "Debug difficulty" and you can enter to it if you shift or cntrl or alt and press the difficulty button then it will change into Debug difficulty and can you pls but this command to a video that you are trying to see this difficulty btw i am a fan!

Bedrock explanation: Likely caused by a signed 3 bit integer. Ranging from -4 to 3. (100 to 011, the first bit is equal to negative 8)
Squid mode explanation: Not a difficulty setting. This changes the player entity id. This changes the serverside entity type of the player, such as the client thinks your a player, but the server thinks you are a squid.
