I jusr turned 40 n I'm not ashamed being their Army bcoz they are different in their own way! Their songs are healing indeed ear-catching too! Shout out to BTS n their amazing ARMY!
This song was really one of healing & comfort. It spoke about how the current pandemic affected them but Suga reassures us (the army) that despite all that has happened & all that is going on, "thankfully between me & you nothing's changed", insinuating that the mutual love & support BTS has for us & we have for them remains the same. V's part spoke a lot about how this pandemic seems like it has "no end in sight" & "is there a way out" which it has come to seem like for them & a lot of us. He even looks at the stadium where they last performed in 2019, signifying that they miss the army & performing so much. RM's part spoke about it "looking like it'll rain again" & how he/they're "soaked to the bone" which highlights that they're very much saddened & drained by all that's happened with this pandemic but when he expresses "still won't stop, running faster than the cloud of rain" it shows that nothing, even this pandemic, will stop them from persisting & doing what they love. Jin also highlighted that we should close our eyes & "run away to that future" implying that we should be hopeful of the future, which will reunite us (the army) with them again. That's why when he sings that line he's in their dorm, but when he closes his eyes & opens them, they're all in the stadium. Many also speculate that when they were in the vehicle & Jin looks back, he represents BTS (all 7 of them) looking at the army & making sure they're okay. The last scene, shows the guys all dressed up in their outfits ready to perform, but the stadium is empty & light-up globes usually associated with the army, are used to represent us. This mv was also directed by JK & written by RM, Suga & J-Hope!! ❤

When V pulls his mask off. When RM wipes the dust off his bike. When they are sitting in their dorm...RM watering his bonsai 🌳. V looking at the stadium where they last performed...the Army Bombs behind them when they performed...for no one. I cried watching the 1st, 2nd 15th time!! I’m so proud of BTS giving us this heartfelt album(the whole album is spectacular). I realize they love and miss us, as much as we love and miss them... 😭🙌💜

JK is the director of the ‘Life Goes On’ MV. RM, Suga, and J-Hope wrote the lyrics. JK decided that the MV would-be recorded in the house of the 7 singers and rappers, some elements that appear in the clip are from their own home. Jungkook revealed that he filmed the song’s music video. He said: "So I’ve shot the music video and I’ve had discussions with the director and stuff and did all the process. And I’ve learned how hard that is. It was really hard.” Also, the members were involved in the album’s “overall production: concept, composition, design, etc.” SO PROUD OF THEM!

This song is essentially the anthem of the pandemic, the world changed but life goes on. I also kind of feel that Jin is focused on a lot looking sad especially when looking back at his members having fun in the car scene, I think this is because he’ll have to enlist soon again fitting with the life goes on theme. The final scene of them singing in an empty stadium was beautiful imagery. I’m not a stan but this is a really lovely relatable song for literally everyone in the world rn.

If you watched the guys watching the video when it came to the end part where the stadium was empty except for ARMY bombs they all went silent at that part...you could feel the sense of longing they all had to be back with ARMY. Chills! And I thought back to the final concert last year when JK cried so hard and Jimin ran to wipe his tears....it's like Jungkook knew this was coming and it would be a long time before they saw ARMY again. His tears seem more prophetic now.
This song has nothing in common with enlistment and for them it is an honor to go there. They don´t feel sad about it. Please, just don´t talk about it anymore, even boys are tired journalist are asking them about it again and again.

This song addressed the sudden onset of the pandemic and the ramifications to life as we were accustomed to. It is also about giving hope to returning to a more normal life after COVID19 is under control. This has been a year put on hold for people and there are still months to go, but we’ll get there.

In MV, while driving, V looks over a stadium, which was supposed to be the first stadium in 2020 world tour.
I was thinking the same thing It feels like there's a hole when you listen to it. And focusing on Jin most of the time I was thinking the military service. I love how JK made this video more interesting and emotional. Life goes on represents courage, faith and hope. RM, Suga and Jhope made sure of that. Praises to the kings.

I love these boys. They could have chosen a song that the general public could also easily "pop". Like hiphop, pop etc. But no, because they are so involved with their craft that they chose to create a masterpiece! Beautiful and cozy music for the ARMY with the sole purpose of comforting and letting people know that everything will be fine and that life goes on. That's what sets BTS apart from everyone else. Very beautiful. I love them all!

I literally love the new song and the vibe is just so nice and fresh, I can't explain it but it just makes you feel something right in your heart
That black & white scene with the Army bombs as the background, really struck deep emotions in me, no matter what happens... BTS & Army are meant to be together , creating wonderful memories through love of music.
This made me feel like it was from Jin's POV. He will eventually have to complete hismilitary obligation and that is going to be one sad sad sad situation. So I see this from Jin's POV. Look at thier expressions and capture the lyrics. Just my take on this one. But I loved the song.Yup, i'm in my feeling now. I need a coffee with whip cream and peppermint bits. Dont judge me. lol

That’s it! The Lo-fi feel! I couldn’t pinpoint what it was but I love Lofi music and how it makes me feel. That’s why I really particularly like this song.
These boys are just really talented...I am glad that I found out about them 2 weeks ago....I have been watching and listening to their songs on youtube these last few days and it just makes me feel so happy and uplifted...there is something special about them....the connection they have with eachother is liquid gold that just oozes to the world.

Seeing them in the dorm and other places where people normally go reminds me of this pandemic hardship. BTS “Life goes on” is the best remedy during lockdown when we cannot do many things we used to do. Be strong y’all. And darn Bangtan boys singing with empty chairs in the concert recently made me tear up.
V done his job of Visual director so well.This mv features so many closeup shots of V and he is also driving a car. when he was seeing stadium that was really very emotional scene because he was missing their concert that happened there and his eyes says that all.
