  • Today I bare my soul and give a very personal video into the powerful life events I have endured. Today's video, "THIS is Why YOU Can Endure Anything // VERY Personal Proof," gives you powerful proof of the power of true human connection and certain mindset frame works that profoundly impact our ability to overcome and endure. This does not mean a quick fix, nor does it mean we get our desired outcome, but it does mean we have the power over our own minds to choose to endure whatever befalls. These powerful truths can set you free from limiting beliefs in your abilities to endure hardships.
No matter what you are facing this video will encourage you. It will show you the importance of guarding your own mind during extreme hardships and the importance of true connection mixed with love, kindness and hope.
This is a very personal video, a baring of my soul, to give you these deep insights into why I know YOU can endure whatever you're going through, by choice.
Hopefully me sharing these very personal stories gives you inspiration to not give up!

Thank you for sharing your story! I wanted to almost scream (can’t-apartments lol) throughout the video. You were well beyond your years having a high emotional IQ when you protected yourself when no one was, and seeing people’s actions vs their words, just WOW. I can relate to some degree (I’ve seen violence/fighting in my home, and been abused outside of the home, but not to the level that you have endured) I’ve been into mental health for most of my life as a result. I started my own art therapy at an early age, and couldn’t stop painting and drawing. I was just telling my husband last week about more in depth of my background in Ukraine so he could understand me more. I was in a ward for troubled kids in Ukraine-don’t know what it was formally called-and it felt like a prison. I think I was 7 or 8 years old. I was sharing a room with several girls. I went in for stuttering and bed wetting. Really the problems were at home that had something to do with it. And I experienced bad treatment from a girl I thought was my friend, bc she told my crush that I liked him and so he forced my face to his crotch. My dad did come to the rescue and gave him a talking to. Prior to that I had way worse SA at a party my parents were at, it was with a grown man under the covers on the couch and he told me he will take me on a horse when I grow up and was fondling me (I was like 5? ☹️) I stayed at the ward for at least a month. The positive part about it was my speech therapist. She was very loving and calm. She taught me how to count out loud with one breath, to learn to breathe while talking. Once I came to the states at age 10 and learned the language my stutter wasn’t there when I spoke English, but was with Russian. My stutter has gotten better the older I get.

Oh my goodness, I want to burst into tears. Thank you so much for sharing what you went through. My heart goes out to you with all you have been through. Do you feel it has made you stronger? It's amazing on a deeper level why you didn't stutter when you started speaking English / when you moved to America. That is profound insight into some possible core reasons. Did you ever watch "The King's Speech"? Deeply moving movie on stuttering. I am so glad you are with your safe with your husband and you are letting him know more about what you endured. Much much love to you. Thank you again for sharing all that you did. ❤️

@@ThePeaceCoach I think it has made me very empathetic. I didn’t let it define me, and the strength I guess comes from that. Im also pretty joyful and love humor (laughter is medicine) I’m very sensitive to my negative emotions though. Such as my emotional reactions to unfortunate events or situations that come up in my life. My husband says that I freeze up, something I did back when problems were going on at home when I was younger. Praying to the Father helps tremendously though.
I heard of that movie and didn’t know what it was about, but now I have to watch it!
Ps. I sometimes joke that I was born to speak English, it’s much easier that Russian to me-smoother.
