What an embarrassment. These two are among the young leaders and such a let down. Fred was not prepared or is not well versed with the bill as it is he lacks substance and it comes out in the way he argues his no points. Maliba is emotionally invested in the bill like someone else said he cannot see his tail end. Both are substandard leaders and a huge embarrassment to the young leadership we have in the country..they both lack quality leadership. Good job Eric and City for bringing it to an end.
