Thanks for the info! I bought this for cheap on eBay as apart of a simple test in which I will connect it to my 5.5" black and white TV and see if the video and audio works any good. The TV is one of several features on a boom box I bought a couple years ago from a Decades store that was sadly closing at the time. I find this video helpful because I wanted to know if the games were any good, I think they look pretty decent but they're definitely only good for my test.

Lmk. I had one in my house for so long. I’m currently cleaning the battery acid and I was going to turn it on n test it but this video answered all my questions

The skiing game reminded me of that other one where the abominable snowman comes after you while you're going down the mountain.

Bought a bundle of this and two of the Atari/arcade blast flashback systems at a yard sale for 6 bucks I think it was relatively worth it

Thank you NSG as well. I have this PnP. I think it's the same as this one, not sure, but I hadn't noticed the sound differences and by far my favorite game on the unit was Shark Shark. I do remember enjoying this unit primarily because of how easy it is to plug and play, lol, and show off Intellivision games to new potential fans/gamers to try out. Like having a portable Intv.

You've very welcome! If size wasn't any issue, the Intellivision Flashback is the best way to go, but this does give a taste of Intellivision in a smaller size.

Seems like they could have included at least one classic arcade port. Something to push the nostalgia button and makes folks want to buy. Thanks for the review!

Well, there's always a Space Invaders clone on the system, but it's not enough. There should be Frogger, Zaxxon, Congo Bongo and others.

I remember having one of this back in 2004 and played the hell out of it because I got in trouble and had my PS2 taken away for something. I was around 13 or so then but 30 now so can't remember everything. I do remember that astroids game and me just listening to CDs on my CD player and playing that game to them non stop. Wouldn't mind getting one again for nostalgia but probably won't ever.

Heh, I actually got one of these myself, but I think it might actually be a PAL version, and I don't have a PAL monitor rip
update: it actually just needed to be cleaned

I don't thinks. It's pretty much just a plug and play. It plugs into the TV set and you can play the games he just reviewed. 😊

For $130 you can have it upgraded into a Ultimate Intellivision Flashback which is worth it since the Flashback is now worth $130 without mods.

That's the link to the upgrade service, its a little costly but since your Flashback is out of commission it would be worth the upgrade.

You need to connect it using the RCA cables shown at the 0:45 mark. Also make sure you are on the correct channel and that you have fresh batteries.

Actually, there was a few of them including another controller like this that was black and had 10 different games, a larger blue controller with 25 games and a 2 player version with 15 games!

this is a nes on a chip, most of the games are by nice code and most of these are found on unlicensed nes plug n plays like dreamgear 300 in 1.

Personally, I found the plug-and-play games lacking in every field. Total rubbish. If you want to play Intellivision, buy an Intellivision Console. I don't have the console, I play the games on my emulator.
