isn't Kira's ability a bit of a nonbo as raffine's ability is targeted?
It is! I didn't realize it until this morning when I saw someone bring it up on Twitter. Depending on the volume of the creature base, it still could have a place in there. But it is 100% a nonbo.

So, I've been slowly building Raffine and I'm almost certain it's close to being finished. But, I have to say adding Echted Oracle into the deck was something I never would've thought of. That being said it's a pretty solid suggestion 😁
Raffine is great with Basri Ket planeswalker -2, that creates tokens tapped and attacking for each attacker you have, getting massive connives.

Add Time Sieve to Thopter Foundy and Sword of the Meek combo and you get infinite turns, infinite thopters, and infinite life. 👍 Great video!
I’m glad you did this video. I decided to focus on flyers and flashback spells. I believe I have 15 spells with flashback and 15 creatures with unearth or disturbed. The deck is very efficient and fun to play.
Do you have a decklist I could view?
I'm totally building mine around graveyard value utilizing almost exclusively cards with flashback, retrace(I'll have lots of lands if I'm discarding nonlands), disturb and Jump-start so that anything I discard is effectively still a card available to cast!

Nice vid. I am going heavy on control creatures. Lots of hate bears and creatures that are just good statically or may have an ability that doesn't require tapping to use. Everything needs to be able to attack even for the greater good of connive. Turning my grand arbiter into a beater threat out of nowhere while gaining value is gonna be hilarious.

I'm thinking about a +1/+1 deck with an aggressive curve so that the deck only gets stronger with raffine but doesn't need her to win

The ETB rogue for sure! The discard just cares about a creature having a +1/+1 counter on it.
With blinkmoth nexus, would you be able to turn it into an infect flyer, attack with 10 creatures, connive the inkmoth, and provided that person can’t block, take them out?
Oh yeah. That’s some good stuff.
Also, I think reconnaissance would be an auto include, you can swing with utility creatures you normally wouldn’t attack with, into bad blocks, then remove them from combat. Still adds to your connive trigger. Also if any blocks on your attackers become bad, you can save them.
