I think the funniest thing ever was when Mel B was on the show and said "You know you are a little bit weird" to Richard Ayoade and he was like "That has never been said to me before." Absolutely golden :D
Her lack of brain activity makes her the strange one everywhere she appear, thou....
9:19 Noel and Richard just nodding in sync makes me laugh, completely opposite but hilarious together
They have been in Garth Marenghi and Mighty Boosh together. I think they are very old friends.
@Hetta G He is sooooooo much better when Russel Brand isn't around. It's like he's in awe of Russel and loses all sense of self and self-esteem when in his presence. He tries so hard to imitate and impress him.
Ayoade making 'your mum' jokes never gets old
There's something about an overall awkward personality committing 100% to a joke as old as time that always gets me
I found it a bit awkward because Jimmy's mum died
@@amilydudley6463 oh I had no idea. I hope it wasn't too soon before the recording. Jimmy seemed to have rolled with it pretty well!
@@HallowedError
It was when he started doing comedy. He's spoke about it in interviews for his book, I recommend watching them.
Richard Ayoade turning Russell Howard's gun show into one of the funniest bits of TV.
Only by pointing out that it was creepy and objectifying
I've got a brand new combine harvester
This guy is so ( I don't know what word is but) I love his style of comedy.
@@ericfontaine2145 He's always saying the silliest things in a straights face.
When he's being serious the home just makes it self.
@@ericfontaine2145 deadpan
I don't know why im always pleasantly surprised when i hear Richard curse.
When he said, "I will murder you in your sleep," I felt that.
'I well overcorectted your mum' is one of the best things ever said
0:41 Russell thinking stressing over the repercussions, is relatable.
1:04 Richard taking a standing against peer pressure.
6:00
"Oh... Big Narstie's Sleeping..."
"NO! He's just fabulous!"
*groggy* "YEEEAAAHHH"
Diabetic coma is more likely.
Toksvig laughing at Skinner's GK Chesterton reference - when everyone else is silent - is priceless.
Noel Fielding looks a vampire and would have been great in the movie What we do in the Shadows.
i love that film so much
And he shall be called Richmond
He’s could still potentially be in the TV series!
@@spinal_capped He is could? No was not would.
Noel Fielding looks like the babysitter from Monster House
Richard Ayoade is a national treasure and needs to be protected with our strongest forces
Nope.
You’ve seem nothing if you consider him a national treasure. Sean lock.. yes
silent prayer true lol
@@jowhy7243 Jesus Christ, national treasure, get a grip. Standards are low these days
@@J5X7 No I thought the National Treasure series was fine. I think that the sequel, Book of Secrets, was lacking in a few areas, but I believe Nicholas Cage really elevated the movies to a level where we can all appreciate US history as a global populace.
Thank you Johnathan Ross! You saved Richard. Sweet, sweet, Richard, that would certainly have had to turn maniacal killer. I would love to read his contracts from now on. No surprises. Nobody dies!
6:47 Big Narstie’s “yeah well “ SENDS in a super dark way. Subtle protest 🙌🏽
“Consensual gun show” 😂😂😂💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
RE: The Liverpool players getting burglered while they're on the football pitch. There was a movie made some time ago about Margheritoni, a fictional Italian footballer that would voluntarily get red carded from games to then go have affairs with the referee's wife while the game was on the television.
Imagine walking into a bakery and being served by Noel Fielding in full vampire outfit.
That’d be awesome! I love Noel!
Dream come true 🤩
i would be honored knowing that richmond didn't give up and bounced back despite having scurvy
6:43
Jimmy Carr: He's not a murderer, he's Law Enforcement.
Big Nasty: Yeah well...
As a black person, that was hilarious
He didn't really need to say anything more, did he? We all knew.
@@josh0g That joke annoyed me because the whole point of the movie is he IS a murderer. The joke relies on a total misunderstanding of the movie as being pro-cop.
4:57 the confession we’ve all been waiting for.
"Thank god, tonight it's just the flu" is very relevant for a 2020 re-write.
“I put baby shark but I said incest... that’s the strangest sentence I’ve said”
Richard Ayoade as a road man is hilarious
12:38 little did we know
2:40
And nobody seemed to mind the incest in Game of Thrones
Well it's not set in the real world, like, there are dragons and witches so incest isn't the weirdest thing (and plenty of people did mind it)
Maybe because it wasn't a ton of incest.
We need Richard Ayoade and Noel Fielding on Taskmaster. Also: on WILTY.
Noel was on taskmaster
Twice. He won his season and was on the champion episodes
Richard Ayoade delivers the best Yo Mama joke EVER! No contest.
Good ol' Corden bullying his co-workers again. Not surprising at all.
that god damn Combine Harvester joke. How do you even come up with that on the spot?!
Nothing beats the David Mitchell "I'm not fucking dancing" rant
i half expected Richard to say something like "not the first time hes hand goo on his face" at the end lol
I loved James Cordon on Doctor Who. I wish I could go back to when I loved James Cordon.
I am not the biggest Corden fan, but I ain't a hater either.
I enjoy carpool karaoke sometimes, and this is reaction to fat shaming is gold
czcams.com/video/Ax1U04c4gaw/video.html
James is not really a Comedian. He is a better actor than Comedian.
I feel like I missed something. Did he do something in particular to be so intensely disliked, or is it just because he got himself the Late Late Show gig? It seems like he's really really disliked now in the UK. In the states, if you don't watch his show, then you're probably indifferent. I do like some of the videos he's done. The carpool karaoke is good sometimes. Especially the one with Stevie Wonder.
@@josh0g people feel that Craig Furguson should’ve got the gig but I’m pretty sure that Craig would’ve eventually been cancelled although he was hilarious I guess he’s not everyone’s cup of tea!
@@josh0g he’s just incredibly annoying. He’s not funny yet acts like he really is. Oh and apparently he’s abusive to colleagues and pompous.
That's an interesting title, and an image I'll never be able to unsee
0:41 Russell thinking stressing over the repercussions, is relatable.
1:04 Richard taking a standing against peer pressure.
"Last night I over-corrected your Mum!" -Richard Ayoade
I always expected such a brutal response from Jimmy when they go after his mum
8:40 I didn't catch this when it originally aired, but McIntyre totally did a shout out to Jimmy's stand-up routine with the "Chicken and a can of coke" line.
By saying “there’s a fuckin’ railing and a trucc’”? It’s not that deep 😂
That's why Fielding's on bake-off lol
Coincidently the gunge tank is how they apply Jimmy's hair gel.
Hahaha Russell Howard rumbled for showing off his muscles.
James would be the worst person to sit next too in class... Sir, sir, sir!
I read the title and thought of something completely different... 😂
Need. More. Ayoade/Mitchell.
Claudia Wiklemann has the best smile in the UK.
How many of these comedy panel gameshows are there in UK?? I started off watching QI, then WILTY, then 9 out of 10 cats, then (listening to) The Unbelievable Truth, then Big Fat Quiz of Everything. There's another one or two I cant remember right now. And now I've discovered Dead Parrot. How many shows does Jimmy Carr simultaneously host (and participate in)?
I love Sean Lock so much
I love reading people dragging James Corden in the comment section. Rock on! Rock on!
"Electronic murderer" Oh my, that is just weird!
Richard Ayoade. Genius.
End Of Message
sandy toksvig has been getting tv shows for being famous for being sandy toksvig for at least thirty years. i still don't know what she actually does or did
Damn... now I want Richard Ayoade to over correct me 🤤
"He wasn't a murderer, he was a cop"
To be fair, he was a cop in America in a large city...kinda splitting hairs saying Robocop is the wrong answer.
James Corden pre-not-being-funny.
He's never been funny. All he does is laugh obsequiously at everyone's jokes to ingratiate himself. He's always been useless.
@Dusty 99 of an arrogant fake fat fuck? No.
WalterLiddy
Have to agree. Get off my screen.
@@WalterLiddy ever heard of Gavin and Stacey? He wrote it. How's that just laughing at other people's jokes?
WalterLiddy gavin and Stacey
B A D D O N G
Wow I have not seen many of these episodes!
To be fair, the gung hit him so hard it mostly flew away from Jimmy.
6:18 did their screens freeze?
No, the four film titles were all one question, fit into the answer space at the bottom of the screen.
A quality clip no doubt. Just upload the whole show and call it Quig Bat Fiz, we'll find it 😁
Shut up
@@NormadYT ok boomer
@@NormadYT What a constructive reply 😄
March.... Corona virus 😂😂😂
I remember seeing jet on gladiators in the 90s I could have filled up a gunge tank myself
Did you see Kate Perry on Simpson's? Very funny
The subtitles are all over the place for fact sake 😆
14:39 Looks like he's used Fuji 9.
Is James Corden just really affordable or was everyone else busy?
It was before he became the host of The Late Late Show.
There was a buffet and he just showed up
Both
He used to be popular for a bit in the UK from that Gavin and Stacey show. Like John Oliver before him he realized he couldn't hack it in the UK and went to the US to get paid more to do scripted jokes and pretend to be sincere about issues. Smart move on his part to be honest, go fleece the yanks instead of struggling in the UK.
@@jonsmith5058 Can't stand the man !
4:21
Thanks captain
I love that the incest wasn't enough to make that lady stop watching the show though.
Jimmy was always going in the gunge tank, theres only one seat.
10:49 hits hard now…
that black Norwegian guy is hilarious
Which year the ebola convo is from?
2014
Strange title to give a richard ayoade compilation.
Jet though 😍😍 be still my beatin heart...
...still would x
This has a cheek to kid on its 1080p
Best title ever
Isn't Noel in the Bake-off. He made eating cake into a profession.
Someone needs to post the entire episode of 'The big fat Quiz' where Sean Lock and James Corden were teamed up!! Definitely the funniest episode ever!!
4:14 is painfully ironic now... talk about foreshadowing
TIL, slime is called gunge.
My best guess for "Father Bastard" was Oldboy.
11:30, I don’t think Ebola is what we’re distancing ourselves from rip
When was this filmed ?
The series started in 2004, so any of those til 2018
Katy Perry’s One of the Boys came out in 2008, so I’m guessing this was filmed in 2009.
Poor Russell he looked so uncomfortable
I love brits humor
I had to look up "gunge."
Marty robbins videos
Corden with that screaming fake forced laughter... nope!
Looks like it was filmed in 1989, let alone 2009.
Anyone know what year these clips are from?
Funny the best joke james cordon ever did was repeating what sean lock said to him
10:10 is very profectic
Friendly heads up: its prophetic - it stems from the word 'prophet' who.. well im sure you know who they were. So to see into the future was to 'prophesy' (note the S instead of the C, this ones pronounced "prof-eh-sigh" as opposed to "prof-eh-see") and thus we get the past tense 'prophetic' - of or related to a prophecy.
✌
Who’s the gunge tank operator?
Jet from Gladiators.
Really need to work on that Audio balance
"Elektroniczny morderca" is one of the closest translations ....you should try polish version of "Dirty dancing" or "Die Hard" - not even close to original title.
if only the UK would have kept James Corden
fair play jimmy
It's weird seeing Michael mcintyre swear
i know right? he usually tries to keep it clean. its like watching Bob Saget, etc those normal "straight" men curse.
Nokia 3210 wants its framerate back
Wow. Corden is insufferable.
Jimmy Carr looked like the victim of Frog Bukkake.
Damn cordon blew is on this episode too. QUIT it he's just awful !
To state the obvious, Claudia Winkleman is hot.
I think Katherine Ryan is obsessed with her looks.
Ma'am is how Irish say 'mum'... they also say 'mammy', which is derogatory in the U.S. especially addressing an African-American woman.
