2 mailbags, this calls for celebration
The funny thing about tigers vs brears, is that in the wild, bears in Asia bully tigers away from prey like they do wolves in America.
It entirely depends on the species of bear and tiger.
On what Lewis said about nobody looking like they are having fun while playing chess/ competitive games: As an avid chess player, what I get out of playing competitively is the same as what a lot of people look for in gaming, that being escapism. Tasks that demand 100% of your attention pull 100% of your attention away from IRL things that may be stressful or out of your immediate control. I would rather feel the stress of a competitive game that allows me to channel my adrenalin into winning, than the stress of real life problems where I have nowhere to direct that adrenalin and I am left in a state of anxiety. I never played more chess than during a time where I was extremely overwhelmed and depressed, it really is the perfect escape.

In shawshank redemption when andy is asking red to get him some rocks and a rockhammer he says something along the lines of "i fancy myself a bit of a player' so yes, the pieces are ostensibly for him, not the warden.
Of course in the end it turns out he actually just wanted the rockhammer and an excuse for having it.
Pyrion is also right in that the warden questions why he has it, but lets it slide because andy is helping him out.
I can't decide if the jingle being in a minor key is a problem or completely apropos for the Triforce

On the tiger vs bear discussion the polar bear in question was only 2 years old. At that age they are only about half to a third the size of an adult. Against a full grown polar bear a tiger stands no chance.

No state taxes food items. Groceries are usually tax free with a few exceptions. Like if you buy a kitchen utensil or pack of batteries at the grocery store or something.

Just wanted to mention here that I recently had the exact same issue with virgin internet. I know it was different episode but I just got out of it after like a month and a half.

The dating shit makes me depressed. I've been pretty quiet my entire life with no way of really getting out of it. I had friends in school but barely spoke. I've had relationships but never got further than a kiss. It's almost like there's some built in ableism somewhere because my autism no doubt shows everywhere I go.
