Is doctor ko liver ke alava baki organs ki jara bhi jaankari nahi hai. Agar koi har cheej ki davai tabhi le jab dikkat bohot badh jae to unka jeevan jald hi khatam ho jaega. Bahot si bimariyan aisi hai jinke kafi kam lakshan aate hai par bimari gambheer hoti hai. Isliye jab bhi koi dikkat ho to bina sankoch ke apne aas paas ke doctor ke paar jao nahi to ho sakta hai ki bimari itni badh jae ki jaan par ban aae...

I just don't understand this eating after sunset is not good. When people used to get to bed after sunset due to no electricity, they have this practice. But now how can you do this. Yes eat your dinner around 8pm-9pm and go to bed at 10.00 pm is good time.
