  • I have put this up to help would-be buyers of this piece of equipment make an informed opinion as to whether it's right for them or not. Full disclosure - I am not sponsored by Dirtywave - I paid full price for my device direct from the company in the U.S.
PLEASE NOTE: I was having a few syncing problems so the M8 audio appears to be out of sync with its display - it isn't!!
All samples in this song are by Dean Daughters of Electronisounds and come with the M8 from new.

Curious to know if you have plans to describe how to prepare samples for the M8 and how to chop up an aggregate sample for use in a song.

Lovely vid:) this is probably just the way it is. But why do we always have to build an fe for every song and then place it where we need? Why can’t we build our song and then when it’s finished it would just fill in the blanks automatically??? Just seems like a lot of extra stuff to do that is unnecessary. Would love to know. Peace!

Thanks. I think the idea is twofold. First of all FE is easy to find as it's "right at the end" - just hold EDIT and UP until it stops and that's FE. I think most people use the lower numbers for their actual chains. I don't think trackers work like that - I think you have to populate every cell with something otherwise earlier chains on tracks just keep looping. I hope that helps - I don't pretend to be an expert!
