Lost 65lbs in 3 months and started home fitness to fix my back and bad knee. Now it's a year and I hike and my arthritis is in remission. Thanks yall 🎉

It is a relief that the "windmill of friendship" was finally addressed. For a while I was starting to question my sanity and thought I missed the joke along the way.
Just wanted to say a quick thank you to Brandon, Cody, Nick, Eli, Baddie, and all of their guests. For the past year I've been taking care of a loved one home with hospice, and it hasn't been an easy year to say the least. I do my best to power through it, but most days suck, and you guys make it a little more tolerable. Thank you, and be sure to hug your loved ones and tell them you love them. No matter how much you do it, when the time comes, you'll wish you did it more, and those memories of the good times together will get you through the worst of times. Sorry brother, it's so hard to lose loved ones that way! Get the help you need and take care of yourself, you can get through this and life will get better. Don't be afraid to rely on your friends, family, and God, he sent his son here to take all of our burdens into himself. All you have to do is ask him for the strength and let him help you carry it.

I went through a full blown nervous breakdown in august, and i havent ever fealt the same. Things are slowly getting back to normal, but it seems to have just haulted where im always tense and overthinking things. Sometimes this podcast can help me just zone out and listen to a bunch of goobers instead of being scared all the time.
