Should I search for jobs before switching if yes is there any notice period in the last company? And how can I tackle that.
Actually it's subjective, you can resign and then look for a job. It might be but riskey cuz you wont be getting any payments by then but the best part would be you could work on your skills by the next job, and the part about takling it generally ask other colleague's ho many days of notice period they served and that is what you should tell the other company which you're joining so they'll send you an offer letter for the next 2 or maybe 1 month .
mujhe bhi Lakshya me jana h ..mera course complete ho gya ...mujhe portfolio k liye guide kriye....meri skills- max ,mudbox, unity, substance, photoshop.
The softwares are enough brother just focus on the output.

How did he leave 3 jobs in 1 year.. Isnt there any contract?
Well that's kinda tricky i left my 1st job after 6 months which was end date for my provision period and i could leave the job by then cuz I wasn't permanent by then, i left my 2nd job cuz of corona as i wasn't getting wfh and the situation were terrible and the 3rd company I'm still working with it till now.
Sir without degree, diploma or any certificate how can i apply for job?

Sir i am learning Blender online from youtube , I am not learning from any institute or collage , and I kinda like Generalist , but focuses on modelling of product, so my question is that do I need certificate to get job ? and do i need to learn similar software like Maya ?
Certificate not required, if you also learn Maya for more job opportunities

@@AnimFX nope use maya , if you use blender then it's will be hard to get in in game studios pipeline because they mostly use maya and if you use blender and important in maya you will face difficulty like 10x scaling ,defirm mesh
