For general public survival is first then health. Until you can not afford your own dietitians, cooks, food material supply, trainers etc. its unrealistic.

He meets a nutritionist every week, that's 15-20 each week. Just for advice. So 60-80K a month. Most people commenting don't even earn half of that per month. So bhaio, here's my advice, start with waking up early (4.30-6.00), and go for half an hour's walk for one week. Evolve to light jog in the next week. Moderate jog in the next. Then add weight training after the jog in the fourth week. Buy one barbell (6feet) and 5+5kg plates. Do 5 reps of standing shoulder presses-> 5 reps of bicep curls-> 5 reps of barbell rows-> 5 reps of deadlift -> 5 reps of floor bench press. Do 5 sets. Increase the weight to 10+10 next month when you get your salary. Do it 4 days a week. Increase weight by 5 kg every month till you hit 100kg: 50+50 (What kind of a man can't lift 100 kg?). Keep at it till you die.

I agree, age is just a number and good health comes mainly from diet and of course exercise. It’s sad that nowadays people are eating too much junk foods especially western fast foods & sweets. Staying away from white foods ( maida, sugar ) and eating home cooked meals including dark colored vegetables and doing some kind of physical activity such as walking is so beneficial for one’s health. We don’t need to deprive ourselves, so occasionally eating them is fine but not on regular basis.

Long-awaited podcast with Mr.Alhabadia and mr. shetty. Very nice.Chuck Norris, Van Damme and Mr.Shetty who do a combination of weight training and martial arts have all stayed very young inspite of their chronological age. He is also a very prudent investor, Wish you had asked him about the art of making investments. Does he utilize his mental stability to make worthy investments? However, it might be necessary to put some shit into your system once in a while and let your system learn to develope the appropriate antibodies. (Probabaly) The only actor who always religiously had home cooked food (Amrish Puri Sir) succumbed to cancer. Dont know if this weird logic makes sense to anyone. Does it????

@@aishnigam251 true. very true. In medical terms, my observations will seem absolutely idiotic. I just trying to connect events, habits, practices, star signs.....very odd coicidences. It does seem pretty random and crazy. Have you heard about Benjamin Franklin's saying that facts are starnger than fiction...fiction has to make sense, facts dont. My job is actually solving people's problems with my weird methods when all other professional, qualified etc etc people have failed. My observations and methods come across as very, very odd. I was suggesting that putting some "poison" (in small doses) into the system might actually strengthen your immune system provided your immune system can fight it and not succumb to it. Have you read that Chanakya used to put progressively small doses of poison in Chandragupta's food in order to make Chandragupta immune to being poisoned. Very odd method. rEGARDING idiopathic cancer....I know a person who had liver cancer started training for progressively longer periods. started with 15 minutes x three days per week and worked up to 4 hours x 2 times per week over a period of time. His cancer was gone. The body apparently eats up damaged cells first when it is put in a "Kind of a starvation mode" through overtraining. No one has any idea where his cancer came from (idiopathic) and how it went away/ was cured. The overtraining sessions were scheduled just twice per week to ensure overcompensation (Over-recovery). I operate in the realm of the odd, unbelievable etc. etc. His identity is confidential. It probabaly makes no sense in medical terms. Do you know that inspite of all the progress, people still only "Guesstimate" how many calories a person spends to digest his/her food? Thanks for the feedback, though. (just to address the last line of your comment) Glory to God and I am also very thankful that me and my family are healthy and happy.

Loved it when he said 'Ayurved' and 'Yog' instead of Ayurveda and Yoga... It shows that he truly understands how a foreign language is spoiling a Hindi/Sanskrit word in pronunciation and it is only us who could rectify this.
Sir, Sanskrit pronounciation is Ayurved'a' and Yog'a'. It's the Hindi imposition that makes people cut 'a' at the end of several words. Hindi pronunciation is right for Hindi, not for the entire world.
@@saip06 I don't know from where you are getting it from. Sanskrit is always spoken as it is written. If there is an extra syllable in a word then only that extra syllable will be spoken and not otherwise. For example 'Shiv' and 'Shiva'. Both are Sanskrit words but when it refers to lord Mahadev then it is written and spoken as 'Shiv'(शिव) but when it is referred to maa Parvati then it is Shiva (शिवा).
