I genuinely love that the ONE time, Sheldon agrees to let another person be in charge, without any hesitation, is solely due to the fact that Leonard is wearing a Captain Picard outfit 😂
It's still strange though because remember in the episode where they meet for the first time at the apartment Sheldon tests Leonard by asking him which star trek series is better in which Leonard answers the old series over Next Gen but when it comes to captains Picard over Kirk and Sheldon agreed with him.

I have to say their make up and costumes look incredible, especially Sheldon. But when Leonard started dancing in the photoshoot, I was dying laughing HAHA!!!

I identify with this show so much! For every Trekky out there does this not feel like home!? Because it’s so rare to even find a person who you can talk Star Trek, what this show brings for US is gold! I have seen every Star Trek series, episode and movie so I totally understand the references and the relatable geek mode they go into and I cherish every second of it!

I've only seen a season and a half on TNG, but I'm working my way thought it.
I don't think the show runners have watched very much. Data smiles a lot, or at least tries to when he wants to be a little more human. And he has super strength and fights a lot in the show.

I never understood why they couldn't get Sheldon yellow contacts -- that would have really completed the look. If they have money for uniforms, make-up, wigs etc, contact lenses shouldn't be a problem.

Wonder if the guys watched Star Trek: Picard as it made its debut after TBBT ended. Probably would've roasted the first two seasons. But what about the third (and so far final) season? Particularly cuz of the surprise we get for the last couple episodes.
