Cancelo is concerning. JSGC predicted this at the start of the window. The news last week (?) was City agreed a modest transfer fee and a move to Italy was likely (Juve, Milan). Did the Italian clubs say 'no' or are they haggling?

Is he a CM?, is he a Rodri like player?, if so, we'll yes City should sign him because I saw an article saying Rodri would be exhausted from the euros and cannot play all that games for City. I said it before and I would say it again.......City needs a player to help Rodri in the CM.
Cancelo's move to Barcelona will depend on the new manager. If he likes Cancelo then Cancelo can insist that he wants to stay at Barcelona otherwise he'll have to move to Saudi Arabia.

You cannot but you can do everything you can to convince him to go. No European club will sign him permanently whilst they know they can loan him for cheap. Whilst that’s the case this will carry on until his contract ends in 2027, same with Kalvin Phillips until 2029. Only plus side you have to Phillips is he will be loaned to clubs with money who MAY choose to make a move permanent… Barcelona cannot afford to make any move permanent for Cancelo until 2027. He’s stuck, hence I suggested Saudi Arabia as a way for him to no longer be stuck
