Service management charges, challenges with selling and difficulties with staircasing to 100% ownership, while still being fully responsible for property upkeep has put me off. This is not unique to Kidbrooke Square and applies to shared ownership more generally. Constraints while still somewhat owning the property and paying significant sums of money is off-putting. Good luck to anyone purchasing a shared ownership property.
