My mom made me a Cabbage Patch doll. She didn't want to wait in line or fight off other moms for one! Anyway, I had gotten into a fight, not physical-just verbal, with another girl in my clas...over a boy. We were in 7th grade. We got sent to the counselor in school to talk it out. Anyway, my mom named my doll after that girl so I would always remember that time! How cruel, in a funny way! We laugh about it now!

My cabbage patch name was Susan Christine. I still have her she is a little worse for wear. She was passed around to my one of my cousins, and now my grandkids will play with her. I wish I still had her original outfit. It was lost sometime ago. It had little pink flowers on her little onies like outfit.

I won my Cabbage Patch in a drawing in 1984. His name is Clyde LeRoy. The bizarre thing is that is my dad's name! It was astonishing because that's not exactly a common name and I got him by pure chance.

My cabbage patch doll's name was Damien Neil (evil name..ha) my high school sweetheart gave him to me in early 80s. Believe it or not ..we STILL keep in touch (my sweetheart that is😊) Damien Neil sported a mint green and white onesie type out fit and was bald except a sprout of hair. I wanted a bald doll but that's all my friend could find. Such GREAT memories.

I soooo sooo so sp freakin' wanted twins....NOPE.Ot was pretty much impossible to get exactly what one (s,) U wanted, It was pretty much u get what u get and U dont throw a fit, basically, we were lucky to even get whichever one(s) we got our little grabby grubby hands 0N!❤
Misty, just a thought, instead of having an auction for the stuff that you were not able to sell you should do $10 boxes (or something similar) like you buy. I bet there would be a lot of your followers that would buy them. Or have them ready for the pop-up. Then you wouldn't have to pay an auctioneer.
I really enjoy the affirmations and would miss them oodles! I do like Instagram yet only visit 2-3X a year. I find it very food triggering for this gal addicted to food. I love hearing that you are fan of Patrick Mahomes. Me too! He is near and dear to my heart. My bonus kiddo’s daughter is a recipient of a special adult agility bike. It is a specific piece of equipment gifted from Patrick’s foundation to help strengthen her body while confined to her wheelchair. Body tends to get weaker yet she maintains her beauty and her infectious smile. This gift has been a blessing and has definitely aided to make her body/lungs stronger. She is in early 20’s now yet at 10 months old her life was forever changed. Many lives were forever changed. Since medical accident she can no longer walk/talk or move her own limbs. We are eternally grateful for this equipment from Patrick. Also thrilled you are a Chiefs fan. Extended family member is a coach winning his 10th AFC, coached his 8th Super Bowl and won his 6th Super Bowl/ring. So so proud of him and his family that supports him as well. Thank you Misty and Mark for being you! Excited to hear about wedding plans in the future. Maybe if you could share the kids love story again. I am late to this train I am guessing. Thrilled for their bright future together. She has had super love role models in you and Mark.

I had a Mrs. Beasley doll too! We got her at a garage sale when I was little. She was always "the teacher" when I played with my dolls.
