I was in Morocco (Tagazhout) back around 2004 for 6 weeks. I'm not sure if it's still there but there was a little concrete bunker a bit to the right of Anchor point and I slept there very uncomfortable on my board bag. Was only about 10-15 Aussies and a few Euros around. Was soo much fun, I mainly surfed Killer Point when there was swell, probably had one of my best sessions ever out there (double head height with 3 of us out for a solid 5-6 hours. I still have a few scars from getting dragged onto the Anchor point rocks. Being a typical goofy sometimes i'd surf the left on the other side of Anchor point, I decided to paddle around to the right but got lazy and cut across to close to the rocks, right in time for a decent set to land on my head and drag me into the rocks haha, thankfully nobody saw.
Must have been amazing time back than!

Surfed there end of the 90’s, beginning 2000.
Today, surfschools everywhere, Anchor point with 100 surfers…. The european syndrom moved to the south. Surfing is really becoming an issue.
I spent 2 winters there- 1971-1973. It got crowded when some Brit or Frog showed up once or twice a month. Best thing was the killer whales- they swam by nearly daily just outside the zone, les vagues- never hurt or charged anybody, even though the Agadirians were fishing out their bait fish. But it gave us, the 3 French and American surfers run of the joint as the kiwi, Ozzy and 2 Brits paddled like freaked banshees for the beach!
Must have been amazing times!
Australia is out, but Morocco reached the semi-finals. Enjoy it over there😂

Anza is really good to stay and surf if there is no or not much swell in the Ocean,but this time of the year it's quite big and messy.

Practicing surf moves in a yoga Matt and Bosu ball is not bad as Kale claims. It is part of simulation and visualization. It creates awareness and focus . It creates muscle memory. There are many sports that benefit from practicing moves in a yoga matt. Maybe he should try it before making such claim.

Snowboarding half pipe is just like surfing with straps on and it's the best thing next to surfing. Sooooooo fuuuun
