if you want it to be your FT job, I think its very possible. One tip... if the thumbnail photo is the person with the M&Ms jacket and the sunglasses, make her the first interview. It "affirms" the click and will lead to less dropoff of viewers, thus getting your video probably more watch time, thus more views, thus you can be a FT CZcamsr faster! Love the vids. I disagree … that will only pander to the people that will then stop watching the video after they see Kate …. Just scroll thru the comments to see how many dudes want her insta … Building a genuine audience would be way better for the longevity and engagement of the channel. It wouldn’t alienate female viewers as much … it can be really obvious when accounts like these use a pretty white girl as the thumbnail again and again.

Usually if I interview someone, then they make the final cut. Anything that doesn't could be seen in the background or in b-roll. In some circumstances, especially when it's cold, I've hit the record button (or thought I did) late and missed the whole interview.
