What do I use to shoot my videos?

Jo bhi braces lagvane vale hai mai unko batana chahungi ki... Bohot log kehte hai ki it hurts alot, we can't take the pain of braces, to mai batana chahungi ki guys aisa kuch nahi hoga it doesn't hurt alot. It hurts but not that of much pain. Tightening ke bad dard hota hai thoda or starting mai jab hum lagvate hai tab hota hai kyuki hame adat nahi hoti braces ki muh mai alag feel hota hai.... In my experience jab vo spacers(rubber bands putting in our molar teeths to create a space for molar bands) lagate hai tab hi muze jyada dard hua tha khana bhi khane nahi aata but vo 7,8 din hi hota hai... Par overall dard nahi hota trust me...In my experience muze to nahi hua, kuch dino ke bad to feel bhi nahi hota ki hamne braces lagaye hai. Khane ke bare mai batau to I can eat everything but just don't put lot of pressure while bitting baki aap sabkuch kha sakte ho hard food chodkar mai to panipuri bhi khati hu😋😅. Normal hota hai braces itna kuch nahi hai, muze bhi dar laga tha starting mai ki mai kaise dikhu gi,bahar kaise jaaungi,log kaise dekhenge muze, bura dikhega face don't worry about all this shit itna kuch nahi hota hum use to ho jate hai.itne gande bhi nahi dikhte braces so don't worry😊.Or vo jo alsar ho jate hai na jab vo wax dete hai doctors ya fir khud lena padta hai to usse dard nahi hota jyada. At the end of the day braces are worth it, hame acchi smile mil jayegi itne dino se jo hum uncomfortable hote hai vo chala jayega✨,mai to photo bhi nahi nikalti thi... Muze bohot uncomfortable hota tha dat dikhane mai kyuki mere dat bahar the thode jyada nahi par nahi aati thi acchi photo to mai nahi nikalti thi,par ab nikalungi😌. Ye sabke aage kuch dino ka pain kuch bhi nahi hai seh lenge thoda. Muze lagaye huye 5 and half moths huye hai kuch mahine Or.... I just want to tell you don't think about pain just go for it. Extraction ke time hota hoga pain mera nahi hua hai extraction. Jo bhi lena chahte hai treatment or dard ki vajah se nahi le rahe ya kaise dikhega uski vajah se nahi le rahe to I just want to tell them le lo bhai😅 itna mat socho. All the best❤✨👍

Meri upper portion mein sirf 1 teeth mein problem hai and lower part is perfect...ek doctor ne bola ki sirf upper teeth mein hi braces lagwayenge But dusre doctor ne bola ki upper and lower dono eksath hi karna padega nhi toh bite karne mein problem hogi ... Is this true ??? I'm confused...ki sirf upper teeth mein braces lagwao ki both... As I say ki meri lower part of teeth is perfectly fine

@@DoctorUpasana i didnt know there are types of braces, by im going to do the metal brackets, i have my right incisor up my gum, so im doing my upper braces today, and the orthodontist told le that after 2 months after that my upper teeth alignes, we will do the lower one to ajust the bite and make that smile good, do you agree ?
I said I want my son to be in the hands of this beautiful knowledgeable doctor! And then I learned she's in Mumbai 😄😭 we're in LA 😣

Hi mam i took the metal braces treatment at age of of 14 years for one year and later with retainers and my doctor removed two teeth in the upper part but now at the age of 22 my teeth tend to come forward and started gaps between them i want undergo the metal braces treatment once again could suggest the best treatment like there will any side effects If I use them again ???
Braces have no side effects, don't worry go for it. And age is not a bar when it comes to orthodontics. You can opt for any form of braces like invisible to metal 🙂👍

Hi doc..... Thanks for this wonderful dose of much needed info..... I'm going to start my Bracing and i have been told to choose between Metal & Ceramic braces.....so, if cost is not a factor to be considered, then what's better to put on? Metal or Ceramic?
You can choose ceramic as that will give you great aesthetics 😀

I got my braces just 2 days ago and my orthodontist told me that my teeth will be removed after 2-3 months.Why?
There is a logic to it. Better to discuss with your orthodontist as they have made the treatment plan. Difficult to explain here

Hello Dr. Upasana, I'm a student at college & I'm opting for metal braces. I'm quite worried about my facial structure after braces. Even I'd some issues in chewing food which result in the extraction of 4 teeth..
Also I'm jst worried about will it directly affect in my health as I live in hostel. I'm just hoping that the pain will not be a problem for concentrating me on studies.
Hey! Don't worry. Braces treatment will not give you any pain and your studies will certainly not get affected. Go for it without any fears.

Hi I had my braces at the age of 27 I was having wide Diastema midline lower as well as upper front teeth’s but I was not fortunate to get treated by a expert doc as he did not apply any retention Wires or clip so there was huge relapse after 6 months and it was again widen with more gap now I’m 39 what treatment will u suggest Ma’am for me at this age

I don't salivate rather my mouth is very dry because of which braces are stuck with my lips and cheek and I've gotten a few cuts here and there
Hey! Did you try applying wax to areas that hurt? You can ask your orthodontist for it. Do try to have more water or you can use glycerin to keep the mouth moist and avoid cuts and ulcers

Very informative video 🙂 I had a question related to facial muscles. Does having braces impact the appearance of my already existing dimples? It might be a silly query but dimples are important to me. 😁 Also, my orthodontist said facial structure or jaw line won't change in my case. It will be alignment only.

Ma'am my teeth are not straight and when I try to join the edges of my upper and lower teeth then i had to take my lower jaw forward to join. So please tell me that should i need to apply braces or not.
That's absolutely normal and natural. You don't need braces to correct this because this is not an issue at all.

Hey! Yes it's possible to get results even without Extraction, but it depends case to case. And yes, braces can also change your lip and face profile in a good way🙂

Hey! That's a tricky question. One must always check tooth positions before starting the process. You can always take a second opinion elsewhere is you don't have complete confidence in the treatment suggested to you.

neck ka jo muscles hote hai... usse toh humare lower jaw connect rehte hai...toh badminton khelne ke time wo neck muscles over working ho jate hai...toh usse jaw mai effect nahi padega kya? while having braces...aur open bite toh mainly jaw ka problem hota hai...yahi mera query hai. matlab mai kehna chahta hu ki jaw ke shape mai effect padega ??.... asymmetric hone ka koi chance hai?
No, any sport won’t have an effect on your jaws. You might gain or lose fat and muscle depending on what you do and eat. That will change the way your appear, but the jaw is a bone. That doesn’t change. Hope this was helpful 🙂
I mainly have issue with the two front teeths, they make a slight V shape with the vertex of V inwards. Will this also take that long? I heard that time duration varies from case to case. And what type of braces are best and in budget?
Hey! That's a pretty good question. It's difficult to tell the best type of braces as it totally depends on your case. If it's only the front teeth your worried about then the correction won't take too long. Stay tuned for my next video where I'll be talking about the types of braces in detail. TC.

The time for braces depends on your case and requirements. It's never a fixed time period that is common to all. You need a consultation with your Dentist so they can guide you on this matter.

I have really crooked TEETHS like my front teeths are so big and bit outwards , and all my 4 incisors are behind and crooked and also my canines are up and down idk how to explain , I went to 2 ortho and both said to get 4 teeth extracted ,so I got 4 teeth extracted but I am scared now coz I heard that it will change my face ,will it have any side effects?

Hi doctor i have started wearing braces for almost 3months but my lower jaw molar and premolar teeth's have been bend towards tongue side due to lack of balance my upper jaw have been misaligned is it common for braces people at initial stage.. Please reply🙏

Oh yes it sure does. But there are plenty of ways to ensure oral hygiene even when wearing braces.
@@DoctorUpasana Yes Doc. The first time I've had my braces on it took me a good hour and a half finishing off the brushing, flossing and brushing w/interdental brush. Having my braces for a year, I finish everything in 30 minutes.
