🥗Nettle pesto
Ingredients:
- nettles
- walnuts
- garlic cloves
- unsalted telemea cheese
- lemon
- oil
I put all the ingredients to taste.
📖Method of preparation:
Wash the nettles with water until the water remains clean.
Squeeze well the water from the nettles.
Turn the nettles into a paste.
Turn the walnuts into a paste.
Crush the garlic cloves.
Crush the unsalted telemea cheese.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and add lemon juice to taste.
Gradually add oil to taste.
I added all the ingredients to taste.
Mix the ingredients well and adjust the taste.
