  • At 76, Brian May FINALLY Admits What We All Suspected
Brian May recently shared some deeply personal details about his conversation with Freddie Mercury before Queen broke up. Despite their incredible success and the powerful bond they shared as bandmates, there were times when May and Mercury had their disagreements. Now, May has opened up about the intimate exchange that took place between them during that challenging period.
Brian May is not just a legendary musician but also a songwriter, record producer, animal rights activist, and astrophysicist. He’s best known as the lead guitarist and backing vocalist for the iconic rock band Queen, a group he co-founded along with Freddie Mercury and drummer Roger Taylor. May’s extraordinary guitar work and his songwriting have played a huge role in Queen’s rise to becoming one of the most successful bands in the history of music.
Before Queen was formed, May and Taylor were part of a progressive rock band called Smile, which May had joined while he was still in university. The magic really started when Freddie Mercury joined the band in 1970, and a year later, bassist John Deacon completed the lineup. With the release of their album A Night at the Opera and its groundbreaking single “Bohemian Rhapsody,” Queen soared to become one of the biggest rock bands in the world.
However, as May recently revealed, there were moments of tension within the band. Before Queen’s breakup, Mercury had something important to say to May. This conversation has only now come to light, with May finally sharing the details of what Mercury told him during that pivotal time. However, to truly understand what happened that day, we have to trace back to Brian’s early days.
