Well it works for Bulk goods if you're going to resell them.
let me guess ai
edit: yep i was right
Ayyy Oyyyy
Still waiting on title for part 1
Finally the traversal coprocessor shows itself.
it'll be like 5 years before AAA games use AI models for NPCs, etc. I bet
That seems optimistic sadly -__-
Why the weird and well, in my personal opinion, unpleasant and distracting background sound? I wouldn't call it background music because it does not sound like music, not to my ears. You can hear a good example of what Im referring to around the 8ish min mark. It was probably about a min or so before that point I started to notice it. It provoked a sensation and response more similar to a sound used for an alarm, becoming kind of annoying. Am I alone in feeling this way?
You hit the fatty naughty before the video ?
Am I the only one here that cares about keeping an AI-free computer ?
I hope AI drives down the prices of "normal" computers but not so much that production stops.
I hate the AI boom and to me it's not real AI it's just really good algorithms . Ture AI will be when they put AI onto Quantum processors and on that day we're all screwed .
Ok so "inference" doesn't mean train a model locally, inference is just the process of running a pretrained model by giving it user input. Please learn more about what you're talking about before making videos on it.
Inference = Forward Pass = Predict Something
Training = Forward Pass + Backward Pass = Predict Something, get the loss, adjust the model to minimize the loss
Correct
He never said it could train a model locally. I'm pretty sure he knows what inference is. Learn to listen
That would be correct but Tesla is definitely training their FSD model locally with their AI chips in real-time

Anothher video that will age like fine milk

I'm sure that some businesses can utilize fast iteration powered by AI, but the majority haven't even seen a reason to upgrade to laptops, let alone touch screens, let alone AI.
Enjoyed the watch!
I feel like the Mediatek partnership is playing it safe in consumer space...for one, too low margin for Nvidia for a new endeavor when they can't make enough AI chips with 10x the margin.
With Dell, they can at least share the risk and if it does pay off will be high enough margin to make it worth it.
Thought the sound @ the beginning of the video was regular show lmao
Me too can’t listen to this ai cancer
Everybody in the tech enthusiast space who didnt buy Nvidia shares (only their GPU's... As if you bought AMD) should kick themselves and I include myself too. You can hate the guy but Jensen is a cutthroat CEO who knows how to run a profitable company that stays ahead.
Getting AMD in 2017 worked out pretty well. Nvidia definitely paid off the last calendar year, but long-term has had a great run in the last 8 years as well!
Streaming video games has been tried and failed, or don't you remember Stadia?
The more you buy the more you save....
Big F You Ingreedia CEO
I wonder if Nvidia will make an accelerator that will throw images on the wall for 6000 USD?
And here we go. Everything will be obsolete in 3, 2, 1....
Nvidia is taking over.
Is NVDIA using ARM chips in their APU chipset?
ARM doesn't make chips. They design cores, but Nvidia doesn't use those. Much like Qualcomm and Apple, Nvidia designs their own cores that use the ARM instruction set.
@@rightwingsafetysquad9872 So, It is ARM based. Doesn't matter who makes the cores. It will not be as good as Intel/AMD CPUs.
@@conjoguam Apple Silicon did prove it can be done. ARM is an instruction set, and Nvidia can extend it for whatever specific use case.
@@4.0.4 No doubt, but they will always be behind the power of CISC CPUs.
@@conjoguam there is no fundamental reason for that to be the case. It may even be true that a Ryzen performs better than M3 at some task, but then again another task might switch that around. CISC and RISC both exist for a reason; even in the realm of supercomputers, gaming consoles, etc - if one was just "behind", it would not be used.
Those all-in-one PC chips will be mighty fine down the line for future Nintendo systems. I think Nintendo is gonna stick with NVidia as long as they can, the partnership seems to be working great for them.
Long live the Tegra!
Tegra?
Who work for nvidia, what they studied
Why the mistake of nature are you pushing Windows 11.....
Moneeyyhh
INDEED
Because it's better than Windows 10
Really don't see this market doing anything with consumer or enterprise. I still don't see the use case for consumers using AI. Enterprise users will be using more powerful hardware.
Asking your PC to do complex stuff locally with natural language. That's the biggest use case. I wouldn't trust cloud for that.
The thing these companies assume is that people give a flying crap about AI toy features though. It's like Apple trying to sell you an iPhone because it's a different color! Don't get me wrong, AI will eventually be useful but right now it appears to be a glorified search engine for people that are looking for shortcuts. I guess there's more money to be made from users than saving lives in medical applications.
x86 is not going to go out easily from the consumer devices, it will take more than decade.
AMD, Qualcomm and Intel fanboys mad.
Nvidia should make their own arm pc,nvidia have good brand like "apple".
You have pointed it well with PC mini box opportunity for Nvidia.
I believe there is maybe at least 80 percent of playbase in my community who stay on PCs for gaming but they are not DIY and many of them don't even know what hardware they are using every day for gaming.
(No insult, you have already pointed out their stress free entertainment reason aswell)
There is rumored certain jobs to end, like accountants, as AI can already speech to text, OCR etc.
Not sure if creativity would be the main key to professional success, AI can do alot of suggestions and even choises.
Nvidia could even go most extreme way offer HW for free of charge but rental pay per month if they want to storm into PC market.
... with strong coopperation with Microsoft supporting Arm support... I am getting both positive hope for Windows platform to be more open to competition
.. but I am worried of Nvidia just copy paste Microsoft success to fully dominate PC market making it dead pool for another 3 decades.
Does OEM windows 11 key cause stuttering in games? Unlike retail key?
no
Identical to windows 10
@@woodgate256 I don't wanna take risk. Many OEM key users have 0.1% low fps dips I don't want that shit so I just bought a genuine windows 11 pro key for 200$
The stuttering might be CPU thermal throttling of I had to guess.
@@Turbo0zone99 nah I have 13700k and temperature doesn't even go more than 63 Celsius .
In my opinion you are too optimistic. The "AI" capabilityes are still too limited in the user space, as of now it's really usefull in simulation heavy environments like chemistry and pharmaceutical research. I work in a repair shop which sells refurbished laptops I can gurantee you that touchscreens laptop are really rare because those have a niche use case, in the example you brought a tablet would be miles better.

Etched’s Sohu ASIC, designed specifically for processing transformer models, is a game-changer. It outperforms NVIDIA’s latest GPUs by an entire order of magnitude! Sohu processes up to 500,000 tokens per second, while NVIDIA’s H100 GPU clusters manage only 25,000 to 43,000 tokens per second. Maybe Nvidia is done too. An AI running on the metal that can emulate any software and hardware - RIP all tech companies.

another propriety single route .. ;(
shady sponsor man. these stores sell stolen keys.
Without the REAL WORLD WOW use-cases (the kind of shut up and take my money) the HW is going to be a dud. Easiest, to target first, are photographers and video-graphers. If this HW can make them money... now we're talking. SW first HW later... sorry. Unfortunately in this case HW is easy and SW is really hard and lagging behind...
The killer apps already exist. GPT, Midsummer, and even that cheesy auto generator in Paint are huge sellers. Business bros love this stuff. But they often can't use the off the cloud models directly because of security concerns.
@@rightwingsafetysquad9872 is this so important to you that you will buy an accelerator for that? From a business pov will you make money from it by buying specialized accelerator beyond what a regular CPU and GPU will provide with their own onboard npu? I wouldn't. It's a gimmick to me. As an engineer I use copilot daily but it's cloud based and I don't need such an accelerator... I still need to see a valid use case run locally that will convince me to deploy cash for the HW to run it... Most use cases I have experience with either are good the way they are or fall apart when you try to move beyond just clicking fun.
On top of that I think there is no business model prepared for that. If I steal your model I steal your biggest business value... I can transfer learn from there.
Huge fan Coreteks! Could you pin this please!
This sounds just awful. What a bleak future.
MS is worse by the day, copilot is not going to work imo. Linux is growing. AI is limited, not improving, specially for art, at least 5 more years until it can really do something. What could be good, is AI making game development a fraction of the cost, making gaming more niche and artist friendly and less corporate, like in the 90's, this would bring far better games and kill political shit in them. Nvidia seems to be the most solid company right now, at least of these big ones.
I know the guys at nvidia are smart, but I have more faith in Jim Keller and Tenstorrent.
Coreteks went from facts to fiction about nGreedia so fast. 😂 Did nGreedia buy Coreteks 🤔
Hey whoooo Coreteks dude.
What do you mean dumbed down console?
I...I mean WE, like consoles. You said it yourself, PC means work. Consoles are friggin fun. Give IT support a break !!!
the only problem is that ML models are such trash, and will be for a long time
AI is a nothing burger, it's already losing steam and most of the startups in the area are slowly but surely going bust.
The future of digital computing is optical.
