Very nice MIL in this story. A true noble soul . Only blessed & gifted women will get this type of MIL.
In our house, whatever MIL & SIL say or do, is final. For SIL, all physical work ( baby sitting, supervising house helpers, cooking special dishes, taking the child to school bus boarding stop, return trip ....) by her mother & intellectual ( tuition, coaching.... ) work by her brother. ( Once brother had to sacrifice even his wedding anniversary celebration with his wife & son, thanks to these devils ). This continued for almost 14 years. Now she's in abroad with her husband & child ( thanks to foreign citizenship, because of child's birth there ). Foreign trips & foreign gifts are frequently showered to her mother and mother side relatives to hide the true scenario.
