- Today we were slow to get moving after the night before. We head for dinner in the marina before going to the Marmaris fountain show, before heading to Bar Street and having some drinks with beautiful views in the Marmaris marina. Bar street is where all the main nightclubs and Marmaris nightlife is. Eventually we make our way back up to the football bars for a nightcap. Not another shit mojito, Chris! I remember the bad mojito in Vegas didn’t make you a happy camper lol! The dancing fountains were incredible to watch! Haha Chris seems to be a beacon for crappy mojitos 😂😂 this one was quite as bad as happy camper though 😂😂 The fountains were so pretty 😍 and bar street was definitely a happening spot 😄 thanks for watching along x
I felt your pain in the AM Chris, good on ya for getting back on it. I must say Turkey has changed a bit since I was there in the 80's. Used to be a bit sleazy but it looks like it has changed for the better for sure. Lovely restaurants and bars compared to what they used to be like.
Oh stu he was hanging like a bat 🦇 haha. Turkey has definitely a lot since the 80's you still haggle for shopping best price but it's more modern now and definitely nowhere near as sleazy. The restaurants and bars are beautiful and the views over the Aegean sea are just blooming gorgeous 😍
Another cracking video guys. Love the marina area it’s stunning. Some prices for those drinks upstairs 😮 I don’t mind paying for drinks but only when they are very good quality. That was some hangover you had lad hahahhhahahahh 😂😂😂😂❤
We'd definitely recommend the ottoman bar at the marina yes the cocktails are 12 quid but they looked beautiful and the view was beautiful 😍😍 oh Chris was definitely on the struggle bus that morning haha 🤣🤣
I’ve enjoyed watching the series this year on how things have changed , I’m going back in just under two weeks & this is getting me all excited 😌

i felt your pain from that hangover chris your face was a picture, vegas prices for cocktails in turkey!
Oh the Vegas cocktails are minimum $19 dollars and you only get one haha 😆😆 but yeah the turkey ones have definitely got more expensive!! The hangover pain was real 😆😆
We say the same cause we’ve also been so many times but after 13 stays in Grand Pasa, 2 stays in Green Nature Resort, 1 stay in Club Aida and 1 stay in Emre but we still love it now as much as we first did. Another stay at Grand Pasa in October. Another great video ❤

Great to see the Marella cruise ship. Discovery 2 is an all inclusive ship and if you choose the premium drinks package ALL DRINKS are free. We were in Marmaris a couple of years ago and stayed in TUI Blu hotel we managed to miss drinking street all together - foolish.
Prices in Turkey are crazy but this is down to crazy inflation rates - currently around 70% but have been as high as 500%. We have been coming to Turkey fairly regularly since 1985 - things were really cheap then. 😂😂
The locals told us inflation currently sits at 150% for them on things they are buying which then has a knock on effect for the price they have to sell it at.
Oh we definitely would be getting that drinks package when do a cruise haha 🤣🤣 only way to travel

Im heading to Icemeler in 7 weeks. Visited Marmaris 2 years ago and loved it. Planning a few nights in Marmaris while im there.

We went to Icmeler this trip too, so will have a vlog which explores there to coming up! Marmaris is a great night out we love it there, next time I think we will go for a night out in icmeler though

Hi C&J - Chris, did you forget the B2V hangover kit?! Pool is quiet without music or a DJ (our kind of relaxing). So, do you miss having casinos available when you're in Turkey? Has Eddie & Heather considered taking a trip there with you? Jan De witt - nice view & nice meal. I LOVE the dipping sauces. How was the humidity on this trip - that can make it so miserable. We were surprised at how amazing the fountain was - it could rival the Bellagio! ⛲ What a fun day (once the hangover lifted) - thanks for bringing us along. There was a low background music playing at the pool which was perfect for relaxing, very chilled out place to catch some rays ☀️😀 we don't miss casinos on these trips cause they are our relaxing holiday each year. But we are looking forward to getting back to Vegas and trying our luck again 😁😁 🤞🏻🍀🤗 big hugs 🤗

This video has the fountains in it, we did two videos last August on the bazaar it was day 9 vlog and then what does 50 quid but you in the bazaar. We are glad you have found this series informative we want to show people all the information we would want to know if we were going there 😍 thanks for watching

I’m glad I’ve seen this and other people are saying the same thing. Them people on the forums and Facebook groups saying it’s still cheaper then back home, it clearly not. It’s equal or dearer now. I love marmaris but the prices are out of control.
Don't get us wrong there are cheaper places but they are getting harder to find. The cocktails and spirits drinks have definitely increased in price but beer not so much. The same applies to food red meat has definitely increased but chicken hasn't overly increased
@@HangoversHandpays yeah there are places but few and far between but drinks are still in and around same. I’ve always said the drinks are watered down and they’re even more watered down and cost a lot more. I’m a big fan of the places in blueport, the best food I had was in there at the bbq place and the price was super would advise people try there.
@@hammer9547 we do eat there as part of this series and we are going to make a video which will show all the cheap eats we found when there, and we have all the restaurants from blue port filmed. Should be out soon

Marmaris is a party place - who knew that? Not me. Have you been here not in the middle of hot, hot weather? Or is it year round hot? How is the A/C holding up in the room?
We left the key phob in the slot all day and it definitely made a difference the room was a lot cooler. We went last summer in the end of July and it was hot, hot, hot 🥵🥵 you definitely need Aircon then. Yeah the night scene in Marmaris can be party and quiet it definitely caters for everyone
