Goodness, she really knew how to stand. One sees how she controlled the area she stood in, taking her time, listening with her eyes, showing her power, all the while kindly treating those around her. I think she learned this invaluable skill early on as the Princess, and through the years it was honed until she was the absolute master of it. Now, a little story about the REAL Queen.
She was visiting Australia, and en route to Sydney, she flew into an Air force Base about 45 miles out.
Her car and escort had to drive through a small town, so all the local schools took their children by bus or car to line the street through the town and wave as she drove by.
One carload got lost, and while the Mother were looking at the map, a little girl of about 8, got out of the car and picked a bunch of dandelions, shivery grass, plantain and little purple vanilla flowers, just in case.
Suddenly, in the distance, on the long straight dusty road, there was the roar of motorbikes, and along came the Queen in her official cavalcade.
The Queen saw the little girl, and she had her car stopped, and backed up, so that she could chat to the children and accept the most humble little posy made entirely of non-native weeds.
It could not have happened to a dearer, sweeter little girl. I was eternally grateful to the Queen for giving her such a precious memory.

By this time Charles was already into serious relationship with Camilla. But she was the right person for him and people have now accepted her. But Charles should not have messed up Diana's life - which made her take some very wrong decisions, predominantly to get back her revenge on Charles and ultimately pushed her to her death.

You are nit taking into account that Diana was neurotic, incredibly attention-seeking, broke up three marriages, was taken to court by the wives of two of her lovers for harassment (as a separate issue to the divorces), was taken to court by the Nanny she said was pregnant to Charles, lied and misrepresented the truth on numerous occasions.
The story that the Royal Family did not understand her post partum depression was a blatant lie- the Duchess of Kent, her near neighbour at Kensington Place, had lost two babies and was very actively involved with charities for working with women with birth trauma.
Her sad story of being so lonely on the eve of the wedding while others were partyng at the Palace was another lie. It is customary for the Bride and Groom to not see each other the day before. Diana was 100 yards from the palace, at the London residence of the Queen Mother having a party with her mother, grandmother, sisters and flatmates.
The story of how Charles look at newborn Harry and said "Oh, its a Boy!" was another deceit by Dina who KNEW Charles particularly wanted girl, and even though she KNEW from a few months into the pregnancy that it was a boy, she LET HIM THINK it was a girl.
And the red hair? Yes the man who claimed to have been her lover between the births of the boys had red hair.
