What a shame this was such a disappointment for you😞. I have to say, though, I am a subscriber and I cannot wait to get this box, it is exactly what I like. The September box was, as you thought, fabulous and they still have it on their site as an ordinary purchase - is there no possibility they would swap the boxes for you?
They have good customer service and will fix for her for sure!

I ordered direct from Grabie picking exactly what I want. I think problem was Amazon communicating with Grabie. What disappointed me was the box doesn't look very Halloweenish to me.

You could always make a Halloween/dark journal for a friend!? Just an idea. I know this stuff isn't everyone's cup of tea but someone may enjoy them? I would love them. I am still waiting on my Grabie box. If mine is a different one I would be happy to trade with you? Happy crafting! I love Grabie and Temu for my journaling supplies.

This was a problem on your end, not Grabies it sounds like. I see you do mention in some other comments that you did give them another chance so that's great, I'm glad. But you can't fault a company for you going through an unrelated 3rd party to order from them because you were too inconvenienced to bother to go to the official website and order through the actual company you were trying to buy from. I haven't bought from them but I was considering it and that's how I came across this video. But it really sounds like the problem was you going through Amazon instead of Grabie themselves.

They need to offer an alternative adt Halloween as there are many of us who do seasonal work with paper but do not do Halloween.

I have to say, ordering a subscription through a third party doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I just ordered a few subscription boxes from Grabie, September included and I can't wait. I chose not to sign up for an actual subscription, because like you, I'm not a fan of Halloween. The Grabie website is specific about what it sells when. Anything ordered at Grabie starting the first of the month as a subscription, is Ior the next month. The third party seller at Amazon should have known that. I'm glad you sent it back. That seller should eat the cost.

Usually people are disappointed with their art boxes not their scrapbooking boxes.
I hope you give them a chance because this box was wonderful but definitely not what you want.
