The thing I've realized about Joe List a year later is that he's one of the only comedians besides like Louie where I genuinely re-watch his full specials over and over again and sometimes fall asleep to them. They're so solid, it's great.

The whole thread from this comment is a little bit naive for the industry. More and more comics will be putting specials out on CZcams, not because they aren’t good enough to get a Netflix deal, but because more and more folks are choosing to own their own special and use the larger viewership to gain more ticket sales on the road. Much more money there in a lot of cases than a Netflix deal where they buy it for a set price and then they make all the money.

Joe has to be one of the most consistent modern comics. His specials don’t dip for even a minute the whole way through, seriously stellar material.

Joe is the real deal! Every special to date 3 of them he has maintained if not increased the high level of humour. Most comics 1 special is their best and it's increasingly downhill from there. JOE LIST is on the up and will be one of the true legends.
Hilarious man, Joe is a master level comic he’s as good as the very best IMO. Beside Gringo Papi this is the best special of 2022 by far.

This is the funniest special I've seen for some time. His comedic style with regards to the pacing, timing and delivery of jokes is like a hybrid of Louis C.K. and Larry David. It's uniquely brilliant.

I get excited every time I see he’s going to be on the show. Normand coming in all the time brought me to Tuesdays but List has kept me there.

Absolutely fantastic. I don't even usually watch stand up specials, but this shit is just an hour long riff of pure comedy gold. Can't get enough of your stuff.
When you watch a special and immediately want to share it with others as your still in tears laughing is the best way I know to describe the experience. Laughed so hard and can't wait to watch it with others.
Joe's last special made me an instant fan. Glad to see he's still killing it.

I'm 4 years in as a comedian and watching specials like yours keep me going. Such a great example of how good you can become if you don't stop and keep putting in the work! Thanks Joe! I'm gonna contribute some money towards this but it's nearly 1am here in the UK, my wallet is in the living room and I have to be up in a few hours for work! But hold me to it! I'll be back!

Joe is one of the best comedians around - I don't understand how he remains so underrated! I am always buckled over laughing to his material. I also just watched him in his production with Louis CK - "Fourth of July". It's an amazingly hilarious movie. The fact that he puts out these specials for free is really something else, too.... Such a beautiful human. Thank you, Joe List!
The standards are really low.
It’s funny, I noticed some of these guys make better actors than comics.
His pacing and timing is crazy, gets a pop like every 10 seconds then tags and tags

Joe’s last special was my favorite special in years and somehow he topped it with this one!
He’s non stop, starts out family friendly then he just takes off. One of the best specials period.
This is the second special Ive seen from Joe now and he does not disappoint.

Normand, Morril, everyone has at least one good one, but Joe beat everyone else to the second round of amazing, independent comedy.

I just had a feeling this special by Joe List was going to be as good as the first one and yes, he knocked it out of the park. I really do hope he levels up to greater recognition all across the board. I could see him acting out his hilarious stories and being hits. His own show would be awesome.

Amazing special. I went to see Tom Segura live within the last number of months and had a blast, but I think I actually laughed out loud a lot more at this special, sitting alone and staring at my cellphone. This was super funny and didn't let up for me.

Tom had his legendary bits a handful of years ago, but I’ve cooled way off on him. I bet if you were truly honest about it, you’d say that Tom’s show wasn’t that good at all. This was my first time ever seeing this guy, and I absolutely LOVE him!! I was in a super bad mood when I put it on, and this totally turned it around. I qas laughing through the entire show.
Joe List is my fourth favorite comedian. I know that might sound like a backhanded compliment but it sincerely isn’t. Considering how many great comedians there are out there- past and present- being top five is nothing to scoff at. I’d kill to be Top 5 of anything. I love Joe. PS- I don’t know if Mark (Normand) and him realize this but there’s probably quite a sizable number of young Americans born after the Seinfeld era that are discovering the show simply through the references they drop on their podcast. Their love of the show is infectious and I’m watching it for the first time thanks to them.
