    I just stacked mine, the b300 is backwards on the bottom.. it’s absolutely fine. No big deal

      @@user-pb8cp2xe7x perfect! It depends on a person's setup location. I had to return the B300 to get the B230 to stack them how I wanted.

    Nice catch! Interesting that they have the cable connections on the opposite sides.

    I don't understand Bluetti's pricing for their expansion batteries. They are just as expensive as a power station with a similar-sized battery, but without the inverter, larger solar charge controller and all the other features. Why not just buy two power stations and connect them together using the AC charger? That way, if one goes out, you have the other to use as backup while it's being repaired or replaced. And, you don't have to worry about those big bulky battery cable jutting out the side. Now, if the expansion batts were a much lower cost per watt-hour, then it might be a different story.

    Short and to the point. Very helpful.. I had not considered the two possibilities. Just ordered my AC 200 L. has not been delivered. I do want to do additional batteries. This was a big help Thanks.

    @Roll2 Videos - Excellent observation of cable orientation when adding the B300 vs the B230 batteries. It can be a deal breaker if you cannot connect the larger battery to the base unit, do to shelving limitations. Thanks for the heads-up! I will defer my investment in the B300 for now, until a later date when Bluetti addresses either their cable length or their input/output ports.

    I turned the connector cable in a pretzel Loop so it doesn't stick out on the side. Could you possibly turn the B300 upside down so the connectors would be on the same side as the controlling unit

    Thanks for the info, this in unfortunate indeed. I am planning buying B300 to extend My 200L unit, can you please answer, what is the charging speed of the battery when using only AC input to AC200L and this thick cable to connect to the B300. Will internal battery charge first at full speed (1200W on Standard/2400 on Turbo) and then extension will charge slower? Or are they being charged at the same time and extension is capable to be charges at the same speed as internal battery? Will appreciate you checking this a lot!

    personnaly i do not like the cable to expand takes up too much room. Bluetti engeneers can do a better job with another less combersome cable that is a big U a vertical solution would improve this.

    You forgot an important detail ...if you use the b230, you can't add anymore batteries. The 200L & the B230 only have 1 battery port.
    Only the B300 has 2 battery Ports. You can add another battery to the B300 but not the B230.

    The only solution is to position B300 with the back side towards the user and the front side towards the wall. In this configuration the connectors are on the same side but the user loses access to the B300's front ports.
    At this point I ask you, is it officially possible for Bluetti to position the AC200L on top of the B300 positioned backwards? Since the AC200L is narrower, could its weight placed towards the center of the B300 break the plastic on the top side of the B300?

    • @Roll2Videos

    • @Roll2Videos
      @Roll2Videos  Před 6 měsíci

      Yes, it does not block any cooling fans or vents. I could use the AC200L as a step stool with no issue with weight.
