I've always liked tankier Kha. It's easy to get blown up easily and the weakest aspect of Kha is his teamfighting ability, with this build or a variaton of it you can survive initial burst and get a pick or two while in a teamfight, where as with a glass cannon build you die instantly sometimes even before killing a carry
19:12 I would have been scared to go with full lethality kha but he didn't lose more than half hp with this build I might give it a try

I feel like this build is strong when the enemy team is over-reliant on one single damage type, vs comp with better balance between AP and ad it would fair quite worst I feel like
What items does he get against ap champs ?
Maw or the big me mr shield item
whats his reasoning for the secondary runes?
I'd guess it's just to get more value from the defensive items. Conditioning gives % armor/mr and overgrowth gives more health, if you're building one or two defensive items you get good value from these runes.

There's so many items with cooldown on this build Ingenious hunter might be a banger here
on 0/4 bot my teammate would start flaming me as k6 cuz "wHy u nO gANk" but in that scenario its been 4min they have item advantage and they still feeding them and I got f-ed by the graves as he keeps invading my camp and stole my red early, and mind you the enemy jungle has not gank bot, solo queue play everybody

Im not fun of that build, maybe it makes you survive longer, but in general it takes so much one-shotting possibilities from you.
Kha has a lot of counters and very little room for error. This makes kha viable through utility

I build defensive, I deal no damage and get 1 shot, enemy builds defensive, unkillable demon king...
This feels like Noob Kha build.
Make a ton of mistakes and don't get punish by it.

im sorry lol but khazix has to evolve E second at lvl 11 man. otherwise you get into so many situations where you kill a target and feel trapped because your E cant reset after a kill/assist. As jungler i would evolve E first, the tech is just that good.
You don’t need evolve e second if you can’t one shot multiple people. W and r evolve gives way more utility if you’re behind
