1 tsp salt
1 tsp chat masala.
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin powder
1 TSP red chili powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp milk cream or fresh cream
1 tbsp butter
1-2 tsp lemon juice
1)2 cup mozzarella cheese or processed cheese
