This painting makes me feel sort of nostalgic....there was a marshland near my Grandparents home and I occasionally would sneak off and just go sit on a rock or log and just watch and listen to the grasses rustle and dance...and all the birds and insects with their songs..so blissful and restful and I would get in trouble, but to me it was worth it! I think it is the yellow that caught me remembering that, although the others like this also stirred my being!

This style is beautiful, but I do agree that once you added the green it took away something from the light, spring-like feel in the beginning, and it began to look to me like the others you have done in this style. I really like the idea of one with a lot of yellows, not so much dark colour, but like a fresh bunch of daffodils and spring flowers... maybe pinks and yellows... I can't remember whether you like pink, but I think it could be an interesting combo!
