I just had to do this and I don't even know what was causing my game to crash on the loading screens. Literally went from everything working to texture loss, then game crashing on loading screens. Now I have to reinstall everything yay

@@_mitch3ll.6227 yeah is working now I ended up doing that but it wasn't fixed. What seemed to work was that I had 2 monitors together and the resolución was too high. Once I dropped the resolution on the main screen n unplugged the other screen i was able to get in the game n edit the video settings n dropped the video settings. After that I was able to raise the resolution on the screen again but not all the way up max I think I left it at 1080p. Cuz my monitor is a 4k but I guess it doesn't support gta5 on 4k

My game was showing weird bmap textures in the airport area, and textures would glitch in the xity, and stuttering occured, so, it woukd crash alot, i stumbled upon this, thank you very much Geoffrey🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hey man so I installed redux I’ve deleted my mods folder and replaced it again I’ve done everything even deleting the dxgi file that comes with redux I got rid of the reshade menu I’ve used the uninstalled and verified the files still not working shall I put my mods in a separate folder then uninstall the game and reinstall
i tried uninstalling mods and accidently uninstalled something else and it messed up my game but when i went back to the rockstar website it said i had to pay to get it back.
i need help i accidentally deleted the game file before pressing uninstall and now its not letting me do anything with gta 5 or uninstalling.
Done everything, from changing the dx version, gta settings, and other solutions. This is my last chance, currently reinstalling GTA, I’ll update if it works and fixes my crashes

I don't know if you'll see this but my GTA 5 isn't working and I am looking for a fix. I click play on GTA 5 in steam, and it opened launcher but a few seconds later, the launcher will say quitting and not open GTA 5.

Yes. As long as you only uninstall GTAV
Where it says remove currently installed game data from your computer should I tick that off

This will work as far as removing gta and all gta files from you drive. The speed of download however depends on your pc and internet speed

i installed due to the COUNTLESS never ending bugs and random lspdfr crashes from doing literally ANYTHING.\
