    Very good video. I have done today this experiment with 30 W Havell LED light which I bought from a local store at INR 425.00. Exposing the screen for 2, 4, 6 & 8 minutes gives very good result. I use SONAKOTE & Bichromate sensitizer. 2 pouches of sensitizer (each 3.5 gms.) should me mixed thoroughly with 100 ml water. Take SONAKOTE according to your requirement and mix the diluted sensitizer thoroughly. Leave the imulsion in a coll dark place at about 1 hour to get rid of the bubbles. Coat uniformly on both side of the screen and make the screen dried in a dark chamber. As to the proportion of SONAKOTE & sensitizer it requires some experiment though one teaspoonful of sensitizer is enough for 50 ml. SONAKOTE. Thanks.

    Thank you Sir. A very nice experiment to determine the right exposure time. You really take great efforts to teach us these simple & basic tutorials. I think that the slightly uncleared numbers from 14 to 24 due to overexposure will give a cracked & rugged kind of print detail. Personally I prefer this cracked print designs more than the fine detailed ones. Again thank you Sir. I have subscribed your channel.

    • @EasyVideos
      @EasyVideos  Před rokem

      It seems that your Screen stencil easily break during printing, these are some possible reason- 1.) maybe you need to expose you're screen to led light some more, maybe 5 or 6 minutes. 2.) Maybe you need to apply hardener on you're screen stencil and 3.) Maybe its the brand of Photo Emulsion.
