What Lawrence Stroll JUST DID with Aston Martin Is SHOCKING!

  • ▶︎▶︎ Aston Martin is undergoing massive changes in the last period, and it seems like it’s a combination of ‘good and bad’ depending on the aspect from which you are viewing the events that have occupied the Silverstone-based squad. Some of the hottest topics that were related to Aston Martin were the offer they made to Adrian Newey, but after that, it was reported by Bloomberg that Lawrence Stroll is willing to sell a minority stake of the team, which could rise to a ‘significant number,’ putting his son-also another very hot topic for all the wrong reasons-in a difficult position for the foreseeable future. But with all these changes coming forward, as well as Honda joining forces with Aston Martin from 2025 onwards, could we see a different landscape in the Silverstone-based squad?

The absolute best thing Aston Martin can do right now, with the way silly season is shaping up at the moment, is to sign Valtteri Bottas as their 2nd driver. He and Zhou were both just told they won't be at Sauber next season, and Valtteri is a seasond driver that is absolutely capable of going toe to toe with the big boys, because he's already done it when he was Lewis' wingman at Mercedes.

Lance is dragging the team down. If Honda wants to have talks about what driver lineup they need to be competitive. I would hope that conversation brings up a different drive for Lance if improvement is not seen. Just like any job if you aren't doing it well then you should be given expectations and if you can't meet them then they find somebody who can.

I've always thought that Lance was only in F1 because daddy bought the team. He's never performed well enough, in my eyes, and is blocking the seat from a more deserving driver.

The team doesn't believe in Lance's tech expertise..... it litterally has to say that because they can't support his bad racing, but he's the bosses son so they have to say something positive.

If Adrian Newey doesn't want to move to Italy and Ferrari are desperate to get his services, guess what? Newey doesn't move to Italy but still takes the job at Ferrari...right now he could literally write his own contract and pay check and any team will say "will there be anything else Mr. Newey?" With that said, I still think he is sitting somewhere on his yacht completely oblivious to all this talk going on about his services...rumors are just that until Newey actually says something publicly...as for Aston Martin...well, the other comments say it all, whilst Lance is there rear ending people and pretending that is ok then AM will never move forward no matter what kind of season Fernando has which is sad for all involved...except Lance...

Enzo Ferrari was a Race car driver; Bernie Ecclestone raced in F1; As a driver, Lance's credentials surpass those of Zak Brown, Horner and Toto. I would groom Lance to be a kick-ass F1-team CEO and close his driving chapter. Aim at the F1 World Championship as a driver or as a Commendatore
