I really appreciate you talking about your panic attacks! They sound so similar to mine, especially the part about passing out when you get your blood drawn, I do that too!! You are so real and even though you talk about the scary stuff in life like panic attacks, it’s not attention seeking and doesn’t come across like that at all! And it’s great to hear a CZcamsr I love so much talk about things like this!!
Olivia Kaplan Yes! The way she explained them too. Except needles don’t freak me out as much, it’s mainly any foreign objects going into my body. It’s why I can’t use tampons. I’ve fainted twice. I know it sounds weird. But the not being able to breathe, and the light thing, and feeling like you’re not there suddenly, is all too familiar to me. Not many people talk about panic attacks on here but I’m so glad she did even if it was only for a minute.
I dont like stuff touching my inner arm/elbow area or neck.. that's why blood drawing bothers me. But if you faint, you can down at some offices.
Last time my blood was drawn, I was asked to lay down so theyd have an easier time (my blood is very slow coming out).
Generally, panic attacks are not triggered. I believe what she is describing are anxiety attacks. They can be quite severe with emotional or physical symptoms. Just thought I would clarify because the two are different.
I really can not get behind "diets" that promote cutting out entire food groups or telling you to only eat once a day!!! Like, no wonder eating disorders and orthorexia are so common - people are "dieting" themselves into disordered behavior. It makes my heart so sad. Keto pushed my eating disorder over the edge into a danger zone, and I just... I really wish people would promote mindfulness and wellness rather than "easy fixes." AHHHHHH
Trisha also admitted that a large contribution of her weight loss was from drugs. Shes been sober for a few months but she admitted it in a video. Love you B!

I cant find it right now but basically it was a tea video and she, Trisha, admitted that at the start a great amount of her weight loss was contributed with a drug. I think i know the name but i dont want to say it just in case im wrong, but shes been sober for awhile now. The unbiased video said she looked great and was very supportive of her because at the end of the day Trisha's coming out on top. But she has been doing keto and that lately, and that takes mental power and work but im proud that she sober and flourishing.
I dunno if you'll see this but In the UK anyone can do fillers or injections after a short class in the US you have to be a nurse, doctor, or medically trained professional. So be careful!!! Its probably why it's more expensive in the US but that's just a guess

Girl I had anxiety attacks pretty frequently and one part of it is that mentality of “bad shit happens to me all the time” try not to think like that a lot. I know it’s easier said than done..

Gabby Sweets one step at the time girl. You know that paralyzing fear when someone calls you and you have to actually talk on the phone? Is it hard to call an order a pizza? Do you feel like the most awkward person that always says the wrong thing? Well it sucks big time and it won’t go away quickly.. but trying this small steps and thinking that you’ll be okay even if you say something awkward. That people don’t hate you. You’re not wrong. It helps.. i hope I helped a little I know the struggle and your brave for even trying ❤️☺️
Bia Zswed thank you it does, I been trying, I honestly overthink everything and I find it hard to tell people they’re wrong, like for example, if I order food and they get the order wrong, I find it so hard to go back and ask them to fix it, sometimes I won’t even do that and be suck with something I don’t like. Yes I have anxiety from just ordering pizza, and so many friendships were ruined because I been to scared to even show my face to them because I feel like I said something wrong or was too awkward so I pretty much ghost them

As a Canadian, no, that's not what our bacon is typically like. Here, we call that type of bacon peameal bacon... I honestly have no idea why it's called Canadian bacon in America. Regardless, the bacon that is the easiest to find and that we eat the most frequently is just regular bacon.

It’s so cool to relate to someone that goes through the same because I feel like I am so dramatic lol I have to listen to music while getting one to take my mind off it and I tense up.
