Hi,i working 4 years..when they give offer letter they mentioned one month notice period.but now i put resign they said 75 days..how i complaint
Normally if you work with company in Qatar if 1 year notice period is 2 weeks and more than 2 years notice period is 2 months per the law requirements but of you have proof in the contract wrote a letter to the human resources attach proof if no response report to police
Brother, I completed more than 2 years in my current company. I resigned last january, I have 2 months notice which I am rendering as of today. However, when I received the notice period by ADLSA, it is only 1 month. Please advise

No it's not accepted you have the right to resign

Yes you can exit and come back but some employers don't want to get you out of their visa
Hi im come to qatar with company visa and now im in probationary period and i got my qid also from the company. Im planing to resign my job after 6 months. And my contract period is 2 years pls give informations for this
Yes you can resign no problem either go back country but find out if the company will pay you ticket and also they may charge you for qid
