You are absolutely correct, wg wants people to grind more tier 10s and stop playing the popular ones. Thats in their patch note when they nerf progetto 65 the second time. They said progetto 65 was too popular and even though it was not good anymore they still needed to nerf it. Wg wants people to grind more tanks because each of those tier 10 costs a freaking 6.5 million. So they can sell more premium account (which is already a must) sell more credit boosters (they nerf the availability of the clan boosters) and even sell more premium tanks (to grind credit, the existing ones gets boring quick when grinding credits non-stop)
to have isostatic rebound requires a mass of matter to be removed from an area,,, like a glacier,,,,, with that weight removed then the ground rebounds and other areas sink into the ocean,,, the English channel used to be dry but when north America and northern Europe rebounded it sank into the waters
Tier 10 buffs are about the entire tree not just the tank itself. The French TD line is not the best; by buffing the Foch it encourages more grinders which generates more income slowly or even better more gold spenders which gets fast income
I also think it comes down to popularity, they don't like tanks getting too popular and want to encourage players to grind other lines, hence the nerf of the S Conq and buff less popular Foch line, they nerfed the Italian Progetto 65 for the reason that it was too popular, maybe it affects WG's matchmaking algorithm cos it's all geared towards making money

they buffed the foch was because generally out of the 6, 2 were flying in space, 2 bounced and 2 got in. That was the normal play

what's with the "jerky" lag in the videos and in the game play...for the last 3 days it's been unplayable...and WoT is the only place it's happening, at least on my PC...
